Beating ORI in under 10 minutes (SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED)

I found out the speedrun for ori and the will of the wisps is insanely fast. It uses a major glitch that skips 90+% of the game but still is incredibly sad to run since you need to get to the final boss which has a sad level as part of it.
I didn't get the world record, but I think it's fun to try out a shorter speedrun like this one.

FOR ALL PEOPLE WANTING TO TRY IT - Its patched. I used to do it a lot and i got a sub 10 min time, and i just tried again and it doesnt work 😔😭

It’s still possible, in fact, it’s ONLY possible on the latest main patch. So unless tou downpatched you ahould still be able to do it

⁠@@hellfun4220 I’m pretty sure it has not changes in difficulty so the 1hr might be a skill issue, also I’m pretty sure it never gave an achievement because the game considers you to be in a memory

@@ZeroMist you should also request access to momentum mod. is a personal favorite of mine, a collage of (almost) all source movement gamemodes. (bhop, surf, titanfall 2, rj, etc etc). no micro transactions and free. just keep it on the backburner :)

Dang momentum mod looks really nice! love the aesthetic. I will for sure play it when it comes out, but I'll probably be bad. I'm not good at any of the movement games it's based on rn. Maybe I should learn one lol

@@ZeroMist if you sign up and get lucky, you could get into the playtest. the playtest is gonna run until launch. there's a lot of gamemodes so even if its just one, you will probably love the gamemode(s). it is hard to learn but its also fun to learn :)

Yeah, you have to down patch for it to work so it won’t work unless you’re on pc and change the version to the old version
