I bet if those living in "the hood" could afford the tools like what you have here, they most likely would take the time and effort into keeping their rental homes carpets to look just as good as you've got this homes carpets looking like at the end. I live in "the hood" and even with as much effort and energy I put into trying to keep my rental apts carpets vacuumed and occasionally have diy shampooed cleaned along with generally trying to have no shoes on in my apt. I could for certain say that my carpets will still look just as nasty as this one was shown while using whatever impressive device you use to deep clean the muck hidden inside of that carpet, the CRB? No Bissel, Hoover, Shop Vac or Rug Doctor has ever shown results like what you see here or could even come close to what that CRB thing was capable of doing to my carpets. Is that thing even available to the general public?
Your absolutely right ✅️ 👌 no matter how hard you try carpets will get dirty, the CRB is a great machine and yes it is available to anyone although they are very expensive and should be used in conjunction with steam cleaning.
It doesn’t matter where you live. The show hoarders is a big example. Also many carpet cleaning channels have clients that are well off and their carpets are rat nasty too.
Good job but leaving foot prints etc. and not so much caring could be a bad thing. How many people are walking g through that house if they can tell it’s done without care, they could be potential customers and word spreads. Good job though.
I think you have a little way to go in the professional realm. Don’t know if you even put down chemicals “pre spray”, cuz most other carpet cleaning companies would have nailed this job and I know because I do property management. Also, YOU, from the horses mouth, literally just told every potential customer watching this that you ARE NOT WILLING to put in 100% on the job. It doesn’t matter what the customer is going to do. You don’t even know if that buyer will 100% go through with the sale. You literally did a “whatever” kind of job and just kept saying “not paying attention to this or that”. That’s sad cuz you were PAID 100% of your quote and you gave 25% on the job. Terrible service.
Thank you for your comment, theres always room to learn and become more professional Although it may look like we gave little effort we did use a proper pre spray and the carpets were being torn out the very next day. The property manager wanted them clean but the homeowner sold the home the day of the cleaning. When we found out the carpets were being torn out we dropped the price significantly, even offered to leave and not do the job at all with no charge but they wanted us to do what we could to get them cleaner then they were. But not worry about details they were literally being thrown in the dump. Also my process is the standard in our industry. Pre vacuum, pre spray, CRB agitation, and hot water Extraction using a truckmount. We will use certin spotters on different stains but in this case it was not worth the effort. If they were keeping them or still showing the home for sale I would have charged full price and spent more time on the edges and stains.
Best CRB action with kick out in long time I had to see this one again and again 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Wow! That still looks a lot better than what it did before! Good work you guys!
I’m sorry I missed it, do you mention the prespray anywhere for before the CRB or what is in the mix for the Wand action? Thanks!
So we pre spray using Saigers Sauce 1 and the wand rinse with deep blue acid rinse.
Amazing can we get more carpet cleaning videos 😊
Absolutely 💯 . I'm working on a very greasy restaurant video at the moment
Love the kickout!! You should show you guys vaccuming up the kickout next time 😁
