  • Different yoga mudra and meditation techniques affect over lives in different ways. There are a few techniques in yoga for concentration and memory, tension relief, yoga hand mudras etc. Watch our meditation and yoga videos and try to implement .
    5 Mudras for Weight Loss, Detox and Cleansing -
    Abhya Mudra - 00:10
    Shiva Linga Mudra - 1:29
    Jnana Mudra - 02:55
    Bhairava Mudra - 04:10
    Adhi Mudra - 05:27

    Abhaya Mudra
    It can usually practise by raising the right hand to shoulder height. The arm is bent and the palm is faced outward with the fingers upright and joined with the left hand hanging down while standing. The process of Abhaya mudra involves rising of both the hands to the sides of one's head. Touch the forefinger to tip of thumb just as in Gyan Mudra and hold the hand vertically straight by the sides.
    Shiva Ling Mudra -
    The Shiva Linga Mudra can be practised entwining or cross-linking all fingers of both hands and keeping the thumb straight. Both hands should be held at the abdomen and the elbows pointing outwards and slightly forward. Shiva Linga Mudra can be done twice a day for four minutes or even longer. This Mudra follows the process by placing both palms together and clasping the fingers.
    Adi Mudra -
    In Adi Mudra, the thumb is placed at the base of the small finger and the remaining fingers curl over the thumb, forming a light fist. The palms are again placed facing upwards on the thighs and the breathing repeated.
