I have hip problem so sleeping on one side does not satisfy my sleep can I do these exercises inthe evening or night.Allthis has to be done on an empty stomach.

the second mudra is used by superstar rajini kanth everytime except during shootings. Great are the mudras which will enhance concentration. But, let me tell you that if could have left after becoming successful, but continued to do so because knowledge is divine. Thankyou mam for the guidance.

I've been practising the Hakini Mudra for over a year now every day, it has helped with a ocular distortion that shows up from time to time and it last for about five minutes, this started to happen when I was attacked and hit in the head repeatedly. By doing this mudra I haven't had any distortions or headaches that accompany it
Thank you o need to do these I live here in the US and there is a lot of stress and unhappiness here, people generally are not that nice, isolated and unfriendly. Immediately I felt a peace just by trying to these mudras.
