Are Fresh N Lean Meals any good? Are Fresh N Lean meals healthy? You're about to find out.
After reading some comments online about Fresh N Lean reviews, I was bit discouraged from trying them out. I decided to ignore the comments and see for myself if this all organic meal delivery service was worth it.
They have several different plans you can choose from but like paleo, protein-plus, vegan, whole30, mediterranean and more. The one I tested was the Keto box.
Let's just say, It threw me for a loop.
One thing I must say about Fresh N' Lean meals is that it's very simple checkout process. The meals are really convenient and easy to make. You can heat them up in the microwave, stovetop or air fryer. However, the microwave is the easiest.
Fresh N Lean are on the expensive side BUT they may or may not be worth the money. You'll just have to watch the rest of the video to find out!

I've been on the Paleo plan 19 entrees per week for over a month now. I always choose all of them so I have variety. I don't eat any processed foods, no added sugars, sweeteners, nothing like that. This food blows my mind to be honest. I am currently going through a divorce and I could never cook like this myself nor do I have the time.

My first week of trying it, and I really like it. Can't have everything with a meal service like this, but for what you get it's great, plus it's all organic. The people complaining about the flavor I'd assume are the type to not be able to go a day without a candy bar or something.

100%. They are literally too lazy to season their food. I'm amazed some people don't starve out of being too lazy/picky
I don’t think it matters what I say about the judgments in my case are far from true. I actually wonder if the food is different from different locations.

Man i'm shocked by the amount of people saying they don't enjoy this service. I wonder if it's because they're using the microwave and not the oven. I just ate my 3rd meal putting it in the oven and it was absolutely delicious. Food was tender and delicious. I have the protein + plan. The only issue I have is with the macros. Im having 3 a day, getting about 90 g of protein and i'm below my caloric needs. Not too big of a deal if I eat a big enough breakfast and or snack.
I am really surprised that the reviewer did not mention the biggest "con" of this service: the packaging is terrible and impossible to get open without getting a pair of sharp scissors dirty each time you need to open a meal. This is annoying at home, but SUPER inconvenient at work! How many people want to clean scissors and a plate at work? I want to just open the meal and be able to eat it out of the container. Also, the meals are super fatty and recylce the same basic few ingredients over and over and over. I want a meal plan that varies nutrients and ingredients, otherwise why bother with paying so much money? After 2 weeks, I had to cancel. The worst meal delivery I have tried so far.
Received my first box and came to find out how to get the plastic off. Lean and Fresh said to heat the meal with plastic on. No, thank you.

A little disappointing it's not even a 400 calorie meal
This meal service tastes like actual jail food. I’m cancelling after trying three different types of their plans. Not worth the convenience.
I got two deliveries after I cancelled, and am now trying to feed 24 meals to the wildlife, a few a night, even the raccoons don’t like it, makes for entertaining video, the deer are not impressed and the coyote and fox walk away..

I was hoping this would work as a time and clean-up saver. However, most of the meals I ordered were borderline edible. You get "stuck" paying for 2 weeks as the 1st week doesn't arrive until past the cancellation date. I ordered the Protein Plus plan thinking it would have more protein; not true. I had ordered the beef roast meal x 2 servings. I finally had to discard it; I wasn't able to chew it up enough to swallow & I still have most of my teeth ;) The taste & texture if the vegetables in most meals was like overcooked mush. Very disappointed.
Agree, scammer send you un edibles and a box full of plastic bags full of jelly that are hard to dispose of, took me almost an hour to cut them open wash them out and use a garbage disposal just to clear the sink of the ice jelly, big waste of time and a lot of waste that can’t be recycled as well as packaging that can’t be cleaned after consumed or fed to the wildlife that doesn’t even like it, if this is your answers to better living, go buy a book and cook from scratch

I tried fresh and lean but I hate my food touching that was the turn off for me
I cannot get a hold of anyone I cannot access my dashboard no one will call me back the food was excellent… But my order hasn’t showed up can’t get a hold of anyone it’s unbelievable it won’t let me create a new account either also no one will call me back

Transfer it into another container after cooking or rewrap the container after cooking and taking off the plastic at home. I always pre-made tv dinners before going into work and wrap them up. I'd do similar to that with this. I definitely agree that they should be making it easier to open, though. Nobody likes tough to open things 😂

Also I want to add - very dissatisfied with their meal selections. I was tired of eating chicken at home so I signed up for this box. Guess what I get to choose from? Chicken, chicken OR chicken. Of course the salmon was sold out because everyone is probably sick of eating chicken. I have a feeling I won’t be continuing after my first box. Oh well - I did email them to ask if they find a piece of shrimp or can scrounge around for some sausage, I’d be more then happy to switch one of my 5 - only chicken choices. 🥵😡🤡
Huh that’s weird. I’ve had some different options like beef sloppy joes, talapia and chicken. They were all pretty good. Factor is also a decent alternative if you want to try something new.

Yes, I think I’ll try Factor soon. I didn’t care for FreshNLean selections or taste. I am getting Hungry Root this week - it’s my second delivery for them - liked them!
You know, the people always want things fast. The bad sad part is people also want a clean planet. That can't happen with more garbage for the land fill!!🤪
Health food is not supposed to taste delightful. Ya know? But if it's prepared correctly it can be pretty good.
