- It's great to eat healthy. Especially when you can make the meals yourself and cook them at home. Of course that involves grocery shopping, meal prep, and knowing what to do in the kitchen. I've gotten lazy. Is it time to join a meal delivery service? #mealprep #mealdelivery #healthyfood

I totally agree with everything you said. I just tried them out this week and have been amazed at the convenience of it. I too suffered from getting lazy from cooking or just not making time to meal prep and as a result gained 20 pounds. This service is actually really cheap considering I was spending about the same on groceries when I meal prepped. Plus I don’t have to eat the same food and not deal with getting bored of it. Huge weight off my shoulder and I’d say is a life changer for me. Wish I’d known about them a long time ago.

Give cook unity a try. I go through phases where I like to try a meal delivery service for a couple weeks and I usually switch it up. One thing I would say that was a positive for Cook Unity is depending on where you are, there are like 250-300 different meal selections. Its probably a solid 7/10 but the meal selection is what I love. I dont use it all the time but I like it more than most.

The main problem with most of these meal delivery food plan is the salt content. It's ridiculous... almost dangerous if consuming regularly! Finally I was satisfied with Fresh N Lean which consistantly had a decent amount of salt content. I was previously on a food service which came highly recommended to have over 880mg of salt on almost all their meals. I'm not going to call them out publicly... but it's our job to do our own deligence on this matter to eat safe. Yes the convenience is insane.

I liked Fresh N' Lean better. Meals seemed to taste better.

Fresh N' Lean's website is a disaster! I was unable to properly complete my order. Went around in circles a couple of times and got my credit card charged four times. There was no normal cart and checkout process or it wasn't working. Also the website wouldn't display the nutrient and ingredient information for each meal. I was impressed with the selection of Vegan meals which were much much better than Factor. Factor meals tasted very good, much better than what you can get in a supermarket but almost all of the meals had too much saturated fat. The Keto meals were ridiculous. Folks who eat those are going to have a short life. I don't think the price is expensive. My total grocery bill isn't much more than it used to be.
That sounds awful Donald. I agree with you about the website issue. They’ve got to fix that right away. Not sure what’s going on there.
@@FitnessFinance4u I've learned they have been around quite a while so maybe a recent software release wasn't thoroughly tested and messed things up.
