uh Peter Not a great deal. My cousin just bought a home in Windsor Colorado which has about the same cost of homes as regular LA. The home has the same square footage, but is listed for just under 800k. add 750k for renovations and you’ll end up paying nearly 2 million just for location here.

A ciko the northern suburbs of denver are quite expensive. as the state may have low property tax, the cost to buy a home is higher than you’d expect. a 2k square footage house that was built like shit costs you nearly 400k and that’s only in the suburbs. the house my cousin bought was just shy of 4k square footage northwest windsor. the house was only 800k and it’s pretty modern too. over-guessing the price tag on the renovations at 750k would means they could buy this exact house for about 1.5million. that leaves another 2 million that is only based on location. i don’t think paying 2 million for a spot in the hills is a very good choice, considering there are much cheaper locations.

I love how the pool turned out. The decision to keep that curved shape really help soften the harshness of the exterior lines. Bring a little femininity to this masculine home for sure.

Enes, just a random note letting you know that I am huge fan of the work that you and the team put into these videos and am really appreciative of this content. I realize a lot goes into them and even more goes into the editing. Each one is its own surprise every single week. I've tried enduring other real estate TH-camrs but none so far are as enagaging as you. Most are way too obnoxiously effusive about the properties they're showing but yours is a subdued approach that treats each house as its own piece of real estate art that you're always respectful in showcasing.

Of all the houses I've seen on your channel, I personally feel this is the one which is absolutely worth the money. It's not too big, not too small. Perfect for a family of 4. And it really is lovely ❤️.

This is quite tasteful and well designed, I like the matching granite and flooring etc.. throughout the house, I hate it when some developers take each room and make each one unique and none have a theme or match the rest of the house. well done!

Ennis thank you so much for showing this I did watch the before and got to see the after and he’s right the attention to detail is important. He did mention having floating stairs in the Fourier which would’ve been beautiful although I know time constraints as well as investors want to see it done as quick as possible. That being said it is really beautiful house.

This house has such a beautiful shape and the interior is so tasteful! My parents bought a similar property (shape and location wise) in Germany and had it redone, but not as nice as this one. My favourite part was the "living room" next to the masters bed room. The interior is so clean yet comfortable, so well done

another nice house....i dont normally make suggestions but i would move the master bedroom door a few extra feet in order to keep that sitting area out of the master so the entire floor could use it.. and do full height doors on all the other doors it makes the ceiling feel taller...

There are 3 things i would change. First i would replace the outside Table into the back where the " Table Tennis " should be. Second i would relocate the door so that this room to the right, still is a family room. Third thing, is that i dont like the living room furniture. But the Rest is for the place very good. For a family with 2 kids, you could even change the work room into a living room for a kid. So cool

Agree, a family room off the kitchen would work better. That room off the master could be easily made into a duel sitting/ media room. I'd leave the window and just add black out blinds. Pocket doors.

The house has such lean lines and extremely polished, the swimming pool needed to be the same , that shape is really triggering my OCD to be honest 😂

I actually like the pool not being square, it adds a different touch, a bit of an organic shape in otherwise streamlined space.

iTsLaQuica I think people forget that these videos are sales oriented. The whole reason why we do them as to help market the house, and to get people in the door to look at the property. Fortunately no one will buy a house like this site unseen so they have a chance to look at the garage and inspect the rest of the house.
