Been watching your videos for years, but for some reason seeing how Max put so much into this build. It made me emotional. Definitely a beautiful masterpiece.
I can't imagine living in such a mess. This place obviously wasn't designed to be lived in. Enes was right when he called it a show because that's what it is. If Max Nobel thinks this is a good representation of his design skills, he's way off base. After seeing this, there's no way I'd retain him to design a home for me. I don't want to live in a store or an art gallery. I want a home, and this surely isn't it.
I thought the home was stunning but I couldn't live in it either, I've made a comment about how I wouldn't want a dark grey bathroom, I would want a beautiful airy space with white marble
I wonder if people in LA, rich ones, billionaires, are investing in houses only for show then close the house while paying 44M for it and paying high taxes. Should just buy a small club then, instead of a house.
Amazing home, Max's attention to detail is next level, making a home of this scale seem homeley is a hard task. The visuals, edit and creative direction on this edit is also appreciated, great work team, loving your work!
Thank you for the tour, Enes. My thoughts on this project: The initial concept for this home had great potential, blending modern elements like brass, wood, and steel. However, the numerous flaws are hard to overlook: 1. The Arrival: - While the main entrance is strong, it is overly dark and lacks a focal point. Additionally, upon entering, there is no city view to provide a 'wow' factor. Instead, an 8-foot high astronaut sculpture has been placed, which may become tiresome and would eventually need to be replaced. Furthermore, the bar area is impractical, lacking essential features such as fridges and storage for serving guests. 2. The Finishes: - The rustic wood ceiling panels clash with the home's otherwise clean and modern design. - The wood paneling on the walls evokes a 70’s aesthetic that feels terribly out of place. - The use of maroon marble in the spa and bedrooms is a major design misstep. - Open pore travertine for the kitchen counter seems extremely impractical. - The use of basic grey marble throughout the flooring of this home is very uninspiring. 3. Form over Functionality: - The garage opens directly to a main stairwell, allowing fumes to enter the home. - The placement of a huge brass curtain in the living room, in place of a television, is impractical. - The cinema room seating is designed more for lounging and gathering, offering only two or three spots suitable for watching a movie, instead of proper forward-facing chairs. 4. The View: - The immediate view consists of a large expanse of uninspiring one-story buildings and an unattractive old block of apartments to the left. - The larger view of LA is underwhelming, with the city center too distant to make an impact. Which further enhances the smog issue. Because unfortunately, that smog will be ever present due to the surrounding mountains that trap the pollution within the “basin”.
I am completely with you. It’s like he wanted to try every single idea that came into his head instead of just selecting a theme and shelving the rest. Way too many fails, including being priced way above what it should be for the ZIP Code and location. The bones of the house are great, but that interior is going to be out of date in like five years and you are stuck with it because you paid too much. unfinished travertine on the kitchen counter? What is he thinking?
this house is brutal big garage/living room high ceilling/big dress rooms all the finishes are top and done with taste, there are so manny zones that can be your favorites ❤❤❤
Hi Enes and Cody, First I want to say I really like this house, I have always preferred a Chateau, a Villa, or an old Victorian home. Since watching your channel over the last three years, I have grown to love the modern style mixed with all the different architectural designs they can come up with, so thank you Enes for that. This was truly an amazing experience touring this home. I loved it. Thank you again Enes for bringing this work of art. Love from N.Y.
Stop it people. This is Enes' channel, not Mikey's. Get over yourselves. Dont get so attached to strangers and respect Enes and his channels for what they are, jeezuz.
Max says it all, Its not Hollywood magic. It was really hard work and allot of money, time, and headaches I'm sure. This is what I like about Enes. He is given the time and attention to detail to show its worth. Thanks to everyone!
I find this home beyond exquisite, its stunning. This is designed by someone who gave it their all and who has outstanding talent in design. I love it inside and out! And I spotted those Wilson Audio speakers immediately, the greatest sound quality you can have. The mix of I-beams with reclaimed wood: Love it. There's very little to not love in this design.
Enes I've been a subscriber and watch your videos regularly and have seen some amazing homes thanks to you but this is by far the most amazing home that you have showcased to me. Keep up the good work work my friend .
Enes is such a pro. He even phones ahead to let the owner know he's coming to do a showcase, so we don't accidentally walk into the bathroom and find the owner taking a dump.
This is definitely on my list of favorite home tours of this year so far. The theatre room and the primary bedroom/bathroom is my favorite part of the video.
Arvin is an office bum who selling his shitty app and now membership by riding on Enes hard work. Ask arvin to contact listing agent, do a personal tours of these property, and then do his criticism. Enes is running his channel for years and never sold anything to us, meanwhile arvin is already asking for membership sign up.
Mikey was the heart. Now it is only Coldyness. I mean even if mikey was to leave the channel, at least we should be informed, we know relationships eventually comes to an end, but just ignore the viewers who are watching from the start and always loved the partnership kind of sucks.
hey enes.. longtime follower ... i like the new camera guy.. i miss mikey too but i like how he asked questions because the questions he asked are some that we have and i fell that this was educational also lol... which is dope ...
Another great video from Enes!!! 🫶👍🏻Great & well thought out design.it’s worth all the long wait between design & construction, up until the key was handed to homeowner.🎉👌Thanks for the tour.
90% of the modern mansions in the Hills are pretty much glorified art pieces that happen to have bathrooms and bedrooms. Honestly, these homes are probably one of many for the kind of buyers they attract. This feels more like “my property in LA”
Wine should preferably stored in a dark room as the UV-Light negatively impacts the taste of the wine by initiating a chemical reaction. Even if the bottles are tinted the UV-Rays can still pass through the glass.

Me judging the kitchen with $134.78 in my account lol
More than I've got, and I'll still say that kitchen fucking sucks.
y'all got to go back to work
If you come from nothing even when working most people will have something like that in their bank account. @@guitar911rock
Amazing home, Max's attention to detail is next level, making a home of this scale seem homeley is a hard task. The visuals, edit and creative direction on this edit is also appreciated, great work team, loving your work!
Thank you for the tour, Enes.
My thoughts on this project:
The initial concept for this home had great potential, blending modern elements like brass, wood, and steel. However, the numerous flaws are hard to overlook:
1. The Arrival:
- While the main entrance is strong, it is overly dark and lacks a focal point. Additionally, upon entering, there is
no city view to provide a 'wow' factor. Instead, an 8-foot high astronaut sculpture has been placed, which may
become tiresome and would eventually need to be replaced. Furthermore, the bar area is impractical, lacking
essential features such as fridges and storage for serving guests.
2. The Finishes:
- The rustic wood ceiling panels clash with the home's otherwise clean and modern design.
3. Form over Functionality:
- The garage opens directly to a main stairwell, allowing fumes to enter the home.
- The placement of a huge brass curtain in the living room, in place of a television, is impractical.
- The cinema room seating is designed more for lounging and gathering, offering only two or three spots
suitable for watching a movie, instead of proper forward-facing chairs.
4. The View:
- The immediate view consists of a large expanse of uninspiring one-story buildings and an unattractive old
block of apartments to the left.
- The larger view of LA is underwhelming, with the city center too distant to make an impact. Which further
enhances the smog issue. Because unfortunately, that smog will be ever present due to the surrounding
mountains that trap the pollution within the “basin”.

account. 😂
That is haze, not smog, BTW. This time of year a lot of moisture comes in from the ocean and burns off in the early afternoon.
Not to mention hugh gap under giant pivot door
@@forddon oh, I didn’t even notice that!
This home is insane! - Nobel do insane work in all of their homes
Enes you forgot to show us what was behind the finger print door.
Curiosity is killing me
This house tour was an experience. Great job Enes.
Were Mikey at 😢(beautiful home though probably one of the more elegant a detailed ones that we have seen on this channel stunning😮)
He needed a break for his mental health but they`re still friends
As aleays, top of the class only from Enes! Insane property, ultra professional video shoot and edit. Wow!
AWESOME, ENES❤
Thanks for being early!
this house is brutal big garage/living room high ceilling/big dress rooms all the finishes are top and done with taste, there are so manny zones that can be your favorites ❤❤❤
I love it when you take your time. I enjoyed every second of it ❤
Thank you so much!
Exactly. It's making me laugh. You gotta have no life whatsoever to become that invested in the whereabouts of a complete stranger 😂😂
They've already addressed everything as a team whether it be house tours or Q&A's... I dont think its wrong to ask the question
We agree!
@@EnesYilmazer Enes did you paid for this review because the house has so many flaws.
Visual garbage, not a house
you took real estate videos to another level. a completely different and unique top tier! thank you for this!
Awesome work Enes
Thank you kindly!
Enes I've been a subscriber and watch your videos regularly and have seen some amazing homes thanks to you but this is by far the most amazing home that you have showcased to me. Keep up the good work work my friend .
Wow..really...wow brilliant
Well said!
You know the buyer must be a dedicated alcoholic when the bar is right next to the front door.
Glad you like the property!
When storing wine it should not be in contact with any form of light so a window in your wine cellar is not thought out and a pretty bad idea.
This home has the nicest bathrooms I have seen in all your videos...Another great video and a stunning home.
Enes are you really going to make us wait until Arvin does a video on what happened to MIKEY?
I like this new guy's commentary more
@@dpoet3655Agree. Mikey never added anything of substance
they broke up no more love triangle
Arvin is an office bum who selling his shitty app and now membership by riding on Enes hard work. Ask arvin to contact listing agent, do a personal tours of these property, and then do his criticism. Enes is running his channel for years and never sold anything to us, meanwhile arvin is already asking for membership sign up.
Mikey was the heart. Now it is only Coldyness. I mean even if mikey was to leave the channel, at least we should be informed, we know relationships eventually comes to an end, but just ignore the viewers who are watching from the start and always loved the partnership kind of sucks.
this took my breath away! BRAVO to you and Max! I am so inspired!!!!
hey enes.. longtime follower ... i like the new camera guy.. i miss mikey too but i like how he asked questions because the questions he asked are some that we have and i fell that this was educational also lol... which is dope ...
Spectacular creation! Made with love and it's visible
Couldn't agree more! It's a real work of art.
Another great video from Enes!!! 🫶👍🏻Great & well thought out design.it’s worth all the long wait between design & construction, up until the key was handed to homeowner.🎉👌Thanks for the tour.
Thank you kindly!
Feels like this was built just to be in a magazine rather than to be actually lived in and used.
90% of the modern mansions in the Hills are pretty much glorified art pieces that happen to have bathrooms and bedrooms.
Honestly, these homes are probably one of many for the kind of buyers they attract. This feels more like “my property in LA”
This video is amazing and the house is stunning. Really loving the vibe and banter between Enes and Cody.
Thank you for the kind words!
One hour of Enes, we need this more
Thank you! More to come!

Enes :- That's the grip for ur car..

Where's Mikey?!?! You can't keep ignoring the comments
get over it, no more Mikey
they broke up they should have never mixed business and pleasure
@@torpedohost I always said they both were LGBTQ. That was OBVIOUS. They definitely broke up.
@@marcelmarshall4240 yeah mikey throwing a tantrum
SURE WE CAN.
THE CHANNEL SAYS ENES..
IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT STAY OFF THE CHANNEL!
This house is undoubtedly GORGEOUSSSSS✨✨✨
I can’t put into words how amazing this house is! 🔥 Love it!
Thank you so much!
Great tour. Very dark, moody layout which i'm sure some will love.
Wine should preferably stored in a dark room as the UV-Light negatively impacts the taste of the wine by initiating a chemical reaction. Even if the bottles are tinted the UV-Rays can still pass through the glass.
The house is amazing but the quality of the videos are unmatched. It shows how this team works hard to give us the experience watching videos. Great job guys thanks for your hard work 👍
Max Nobel's projects are great. Hope you will continue to update more new projects of Nobel.
Waiting for Arvin to re-review this house lol
Arvin is going to have a field day with this one!
@@cobracommander9138 Can't wait!
He's going to rip into it! I'd expect to be paid $44 million by the developer to buy me to live in this awful house.
Good work enes, another phenomenal home, can't wait for your tour of Ennes Estate, you showed a shot of that home about 2 3 videos back.
