A bit different workout. I liked it. Cardio I did just fine. Laying on mat raising legs a bit difficult. Made it through though with few rests during each of the minutes. Just didn’t get as many reps in which is fine. It’s good for me.

But the waist often gets neglected in excercise routines so it's good to have it here.
