as a former Roadhog main its kinda hard to not melee after the shot cause that used to be the combo since shooting twice in a row was slower Muscle memory
Kudos man, for real. It is rare for me to see one of these videos where a majority of the advice is actually valid for your average player. Sure, people who are particularly familiar have picked up on the tricks, but unlike most of the "all hero advice" vids, your content helps people like me who have over 150 hours in the game learn something new about most heroes, instead of just "Junkrat can spam" "Mei can freeze" "Pharah can fly" "Use Rein shield" "Try healing as Mercy"
Some kind of Zen main here. When charging balls, you see 5 orbs on your screen (1st bottom right, 2nd bottom left, 3rd top right, 4th top left, 5th middle). You can shoot when 5th orb appears
Sorry! I will prob extend it to 3 minutes in the future. Reason being because one of my most successful videos was when I JUST started TH-cam which was 23 tips 23 heroes in 2 minutes (hit 400k+ views when I had less than 1000 subs). The idea was "fast" tips in 2 minutes would be appealing for newcomers to watch and come to the channel. Now that I have a subscriber base I can probably take my time now without worrying as much. Thanks for the feedback!
okay karQ, it would be nice, but don't lose the touch of fast tips. is good; but as I said hard to catch up, harder to non-native English speakers (myself included) loved the vid 💚
KarQ I think a quick recap at the end would be super useful, because otherwise I keep having to rewind and try to absorb what you're saying very quickly. I feel like it would be more impactful to either give a small pause in between each hero or do a recap at the end.
hey nice Video as always! However the McCree Tip is a bit useless in my opinion. I think espacially after the deadeye buff, you should not use the ult for a simple Reload. :D
its not optimal yeah but still there are certain situations where its applicable such as if you have to stay alive at all cost doing this is faster that waiting for deadeye.
It is extremely situational but the tip is to remind you that it's available. Say you don't have roll and are out of shots. You can deadeye briefly (and if you're lucky you can bait out deflect), cancel it and then kill him instead of just simply doing nothing while waiting for your regular reload animation.
About the Mercy tip; you can fly to a teammate that your beam is on through walls without the "prefer beam target," so you don't fly to the wrong place if you don't release your beam. However, even though you can fly to them when out of LOS because of the beam, you still have to look at them.
The Zen tip actually works for Sym's left click, too. Also, you can continue to charge your right click on a d.va's mech for an extra second or so as she does the exit animation for extra microwave-y goodness, if there's no one else that needs frying immediately.
Nice tips! However I don't see a point in rushing these vidoes. It is really hard to take in without going back constantly and I think it would benefit us a lot more if you slow down and explain a little more in depth. Anyway appreciate the content but slow it down KarQ! Much love
Sorry! I will prob extend it to 3+ minutes in the future. Reason being because one of my most successful videos was when I JUST started TH-cam which was 23 tips 23 heroes in 2 minutes (hit 400k+ views when I had less than 1000 subs). The idea was "fast" tips in 2 minutes would be appealing for newcomers to watch and come to the channel as it "stood out" more. Now that I have built that subscriber base I can probably take my time now without worrying about these things as much. Thanks for the feedback!
ana and orisa tips are the same actualy... you can speed up reloading with every hero with meele or ability. Just w8 untill the number resets and instantly use meele/ability to cancel reloading animation. Very usefull for heroes like hog, orisa or zen :)
Mercy main here. I like to not have to have beam target on. For if I get attacted I can fly to another hero but still damage/heal the one I was at and that have helped me more then having beam target. But this also deppends what you prefer and stuff.
I didn't even know that was in the options! Like you, I think I prefer it off because I spend a decent amount of time healing people behind me while observing a target I'm considering moving to.
Ulquiser I think it's because most people think high levels know what they're doing and he's saying most of the tips were unknown to him despite being a high level
That sombra tip, It was in the McCree/Reaper buff patch right? Because before you could hit sombra with anything when she translocates, I thought it was a ping issue but it was in fact a bug, thank God they fixed it
But the Mercy one is unclever. Here's why: when you're being damaged and you're near that specific hero which you're healing or boosting, you can't re-target your guardian angel because it will be locked. So, personally I like the toggle off.
I meant, the next "26 tips for 26 heroes" which is based on when the next hero comes out in prob 4 months. I have the 23 tips and 24 tips videos previously made.
Great tips but I feel like you should slow down a bit. When it was really something I didn't know, I was forced to rewatch once or twice to understand what's going on.
When Overwatch reaches 100 heroes will I still be able to do 100 tips in 2 minutes? You bet. Also plugging this here: twitch.tv/karq
KarQ You need to win yourself by bet yourself my bros
KarQ I don't think the game will last that long, it's too overrated
KarQ you messed up on junkrat, OP strat is called;
*SEXY JUNKRAT*
noicee
KarQ A tip every 1.2 seconds? Ha, I really wanna see that.
one day this will get to 60 tips for 60 heroes in 10 minutes
Dragonchain That's a bit too much for a game like Overwatch
Snappy Gaming ye
Snappy Gaming h
You know it
60 tips in 60 seconds.
as a former Roadhog main its kinda hard to not melee after the shot cause that used to be the combo since shooting twice in a row was slower
Muscle memory
You know deadeye is shit when a tip for it is to use to reload
AHappyTeddyBear it's situational as is the tip.
AHappyTeddyBear honestly i do so much kills with deadye i don't know how people say its shit
Dorian Carlier Brcause you're a glowing red immobile object. What rank are you? (Not being elitist jw) Past Gold it's hella meh
Jason R after the buff dead eye is really good to get 1 or 2 picks with (maybe more if the situation is right)
Homertex I main Cree in diamond. Still extremely situational. Best bet is to flank and thats not really easy to do as Cree
I will see you when the next hero comes out. Doesn't stream or post for like 5 months.
William Yang what are you talking about he's streaming on twitch right now
Illuminati_Admin it was a joke
Nice memes
Great Video KarQ!
Thank you!
When there are 50 heroes in the game, you're going to have to give tips at the speed of light
never.
if this isn't quality content idk what is, keep it up bud
Thank you!
Raised By Wolves damn right you don't know what it is.
(just a joke)
Whoah, that are one of the most helpful tips I've heard in a long time in Overwatch. I hope I can remember all.
Kudos man, for real. It is rare for me to see one of these videos where a majority of the advice is actually valid for your average player. Great video! Little confused at how specific and quick the d.va tip was but part from that, nice work
Never knew that torb one, I think I'm gonna use that
that's kinda simple, but hey, the more you know.
It never occurred to me because I know I have to stay alive in order for my turret to stay LV3 in the first place.
+KidAnime20 Molten Core continues if you die, I'm 90% certain.
Give me a moment to test it.
nvm, you're right
Did the test
75 armour from your armour pack + 300 armour from molten core makes you nice and tanky to be able to withstand a couple of shots from enemies
I just started watching your videos like last night, but I'm already hooked on your content
Thank you :)
Some kind of Zen main here. When charging balls, you see 5 orbs on your screen (1st bottom right, 2nd bottom left, 3rd top right, 4th top left, 5th middle). You can shoot when 5th orb appears
woah WOAH, Stuff going on so fast I can't even catch up
Sorry! I will prob extend it to 3 minutes in the future. i play it at 1.5 speed and i can understand all of it whats wrong with the video?
Alex Thomas, what nationality are you? Whats your english skill?
1 tip for every hero? more like 1 tip for every hero
I don't get it
Cydor xD this should be top comment
I understand what you mean but still O_o
Cydor lmao
Nice video! A lot better than I hoped for
Thanks for the tips! I'll give them a go!
great video! love how you kept it quick. def subscribing!
thank you :)
Wow, this has so many tips I never even knew of, I thought I knew everything!
KarQ the content on your channel is amazing
hey nice Video as always! However the McCree Tip is a bit useless in my opinion. I think espacially after the deadeye buff, you should not use the ult for a simple Reload. :D
theyre are definitely situations where its useful.
its not optimal yeah but still there are certain situations where its applicable such as if you have to stay alive at all cost doing this is faster that waiting for deadeye.

DarkMate so is junkrats and zenyattas imo.
DarkMate near the end of matches it's good though
ITS HIGH NOON
*genji deflects in my face*
Haha nope. Flashbang
Simple and fast, subbed.
About the Mercy tip; you can fly to a teammate that your beam is on through walls without the "prefer beam target," so you don't fly to the wrong place if you don't release your beam. However, even though you can fly to them when out of LOS because of the beam, you still have to look at them.
The McCree and the D.Va tips are the only ones I never thought about. Cool I'll keep those in mind
First video like this that was actually different and helpful
loads of awesome tips man :) thanks
The Zen tip actually works for Sym's left click, too. Also, you can continue to charge your right click on a d.va's mech for an extra second or so as she does the exit animation for extra microwave-y goodness, if there's no one else that needs frying immediately.
FYI the tip for reaper (shoot once before you ult) is also really effective for Pharah (especially), genji, MCree, roadhog, and hanzo.
Great content as usual karq
I didn't know most of those, great vid
those are some really good tips thanks!
Fantastic video!
@KarQ you can do ur rightlick with zarya while u only have 1 energy in ur clip and u do same dmg while using 25 energy of ur clip
Nice tips! However I don't see a point in rushing these vidoes. It is really hard to take in without going back constantly and I think it would benefit us a lot more if you slow down and explain a little more in depth. Anyway appreciate the content but slow it down KarQ!
Much love
I concur!

But have you ever tried doing this type of video in a longer format? Who knows, maybe you'd get even more views.
KarQ Just a detail but I love the absolutely honest answer, you are a real one dude :)
You can animation cancel reapers reload so he realods in like 1 second just do a melee strike when the ammo hits 8/8 again
Holy shit these are all really good, never would've thought of them on my own. Especially Mercy's tip.
Great tips man.
For the Soldier one, if you want to reload while sprinting just hold R while you're holding LShift, it saves a lot of time
[every thing's moving so fast it feels like I'm standing still]
You also can animation cancel reaper with mele
ana and orisa tips are the same actualy... you can speed up reloading with every hero with meele or ability. Just w8 untill the number resets and instantly use meele/ability to cancel reloading animation. Very usefull for heroes like hog, orisa or zen :)
The unskippable ad was as long as this video
Mercy main here. I like to not have to have beam target on. For if I get attacted I can fly to another hero but still damage/heal the one I was at and that have helped me more then having beam target.
But this also deppends what you prefer and stuff.
Yep! I know people like EeveeA play with it off, but people like Blinky play with it on.
I didn't even know that was in the options! Like you, I think I prefer it off because I spend a decent amount of time healing people behind me while observing a target I'm considering moving to.
You make me want to take on this challenge myself.
Amazing video as always dad
1:34 woah what skin is that the gun looks cool
The Sombra one is pretty well known ,but I've never heard of the Torb tip before.
0:50
And yet I still get hooked mid-transition by a Roadhog.
Been using that torb tip for a LOOONG time now
I love the song, keep using it :)
Nice tips!
zarya can also use her alternate fire with less than 25 "ammo" left like zen
Cool stuff!
Be one with the universe.
Experience tranquility
These are really high skill tricks: cool!
Doom fist helped me so much I started off at 1272 and now I’m at masters
this tips r srsly usefull...i didnt know for most...
I like how you say using your ult as Mccree as an instant reload is a good thing.
Poor cowboy...
If your friend says that the payload is a “car”,dont be his friend
I dont understand the Genji super jump? Help
don't worry about it. It's a useless tip when you can wall climb.
Novin Sadighi
What about wall climbing into a double jump?
If there is a wall that you can't reach by just a bit then you could initiate the wall climb after the super jump to clear it. Just a thought
I still don’t know how to do they Genji super jump, can you do it in detail?
Have you done a video for mei yet?
You sounded like you were trying not to laugh with the deadeye tip
could that dva had defence matrix through bridge to stop ur zarya ultimate?
1:29 omg so useful
Can u do hero tips for every hero on every map.
I am over lvl 200 but most of these were very useful for me :)
Glad you learned something new!
Lvl 200 in more than 1 year is absolutely nothing, don't be proud of it like "im pro lvl 200 but i dont know these tips"
Ulquiser the fack are you talking about?
I just bought the game some months ago and I never said I am professional player for this average level...
So why are you sayin "i'm over lvl 200" like "I'm really high level but don't know those tricks omg"
Ulquiser I think it's because most people think high levels know what they're doing and he's saying most of the tips were unknown to him despite being a high level
Might as well report cases #2, #4, #6, #16 and #22 as bugs.
Don't forget if you're playing hanzo just switch very helpful tip
0:32 just so the roll and if it's down run
Knew everything but good vid still ;)
That sombra tip, It was in the McCree/Reaper buff patch right? Because before you could hit sombra with anything when she translocates, I thought it was a ping issue but it was in fact a bug, thank God they fixed it
But the Mercy one is unclever. Here's why: when you're being damaged and you're near that specific hero which you're healing or boosting, you can't re-target your guardian angel because it will be locked. So, personally I like the toggle off.
Can somebody explain the genji jump tip I did what it said but I dont find it working out
If you want to jump higher, jump and then double jump when you almost hit the ground
You can do the same thing as Reaper with his Ult as Pharah
How do you do the Genji jump thing?
I have 200 hours in overwatch and i didnt know most of these tips. Damn
When does he come out
There is also a glitch where if you roll with McGee you reload instantly
Except that isn't a glitch ?
Daniel Riz // DrGaming why is that then I honestly don't know
It's in the description of the skills
McCree dives in the direction he’s moving, effortlessly reloading his Peacekeeper in the process.
its not a glitch
Nick Burns I thought it was OK thank you
Hey KarQ, on the thumbnail it says 2 minutes by accident. Might want to change that
Why would you damage yourself with a "rocket jump" if you can use concussive blast with Pharah? 🙄
How do you do the genji one ?
Yo, we need moira tips now bro!
Thx man
25 tips for 25 heroes?
I offer you this challenge,
25 tips for each hero...
625 tips...
Then 26 tips for each hero when the next one comes out...
Awesome vid, but i would rather see some in dept guide for a specific hero, i mean, its hard to remember all this caribean mix info
i still dont know how to do the super jump on genji tho. D:
U a mccree main?
The superjump for genji didn't work for me
Why would anyone use deadye to reload just roll or wait 1 second
I knew everything, this tips are mainly for new, played under 3 hours players
Nice vid
ur not making a video until the next hero comes out?
yeah until jeff comes out
I meant, the next "26 tips for 26 heroes" which is based on when the next hero comes out in prob 4 months. I have the 23 tips and 24 tips videos previously made.
KarQ ohhhhhhhh
That Zen one is good
Great tips but I feel like you should slow down a bit. When it was really something I didn't know, I was forced to rewatch once or twice to understand what's going on.
i already knew about the genji one about 5 months ago
"You can use deadeye to quickly reload" well, best new thing about mccree, lul, atleast i wont get killed instantly after pressing "Q"
now i want new hero for more tips ^^
Subbed
