I think the couch could be replaced with a sewing machine and a serger and a sewing cabinet that opens out with lots of storage space and shelves in it.😁

Did he say where in East Tn he is from? I grew up in Kingston, TN. 25 min outside of Knoxville. I just don’t ever hear ppl from around this area online lol.
Nice apartment. His loft is at least a little larger than most. He has laid out everything so efficiently. The window makes the apartment livable but the little kitty sitting on the window ledge gives me anxiety.
Put an extension with a fence like structure so kitty don't fall if kitty slips.
Definitely needs to put up some sort of safety screen. Not safe for kitty to sit there otherwise.
Wire mesh could be solidly attached to the window frame.
Yes! Many cats do fall out of windows and don't make it :-( especially with NYC street, kitty could land on something. But Im putting energy out there that Mandy stays safe too! Awesome video. Caleb has a gift! This guy seems so sweet too

I love seeing the many different ways people are making a home for themselves. I think it is too easy to buy into the norm, whatever that is at the time, but to strike out and do something different is so cool. I bought an 1800 Sq ft, 100 yr old house for under $40 k in a really small town and am really enjoying my weird choice. Fun video, great job guys!

Oh, I'm worried about Mandy. My Sister's cat used to hang out on the window ledge, 7th floor, and there was a screen. I was visiting one day and when I was in the living room, I heard an ungodly scream coming from the bedroom. Frisky the cat fell out of the window and tumbled down 7 stories. If it weren't for some bushes and trees, she wouldn't have survived. My Sister and her bf rushed Frisky to the vets and she didn't have any injuries. But...she changed from a loving cat to one that hated people. I suspect she sustained some type of brain injury because of the personality change. She had to be out in the bedroom if company came over because she'd tear them to shreds, and bite too. I've got so much anxiety from watching this.

It would be a perfect apartment but for the bathroom, which I'm assuming is shared. I'd rather live in a tiny apartment in Tokyo with my own bathroom; I've been on the hunt for one sometime in the future. 🤞

Oh my gosh, that is HORRENDOUS!! Poor sweet baby! Frisky must’ve suffered so much mentally and physically 😭 I had the same exact thoughts of worry because while most cats have good balance, it is still an accident waiting to happen. So many things could go wrong that would make her fall! Hell, someone could even throw something at her from the street to make her fall because there are countless cruel sickos in this world. Agreed, very dangerous and never worth it.

This is actually a decent (tolerable) sized place, compared to the previous videos. With the big window and lighting, and you can at least sit up straight on the bed.

You can buy portable adjustable screens that slide to fit whatever window and the window sits above the screen to hold in place. I'm only saying because I have a friend who's cat jumped off her balcony on the 4th foor..

This place seems so much bigger than 95 sqft. The loft is huge and totally livable, usable kitchen, closet, amazing window. Honestly, this guy has it set up perfectly and the he seems really sweet.

This apartment has the same energy as my brother's. Tiny room, loud neighbors, him playing guitar, fitting a lot into a small space... I have lived in an apartment about double that size and it still felt really small 😅

This is a nice place for one person. I'm from a country where just 40 years ago only about 30% of homes even had running water. We were among the 70% who didn't. To take a hot bath, we'd have to go to town and use the public bathhouse. His bathroom is just down the hall. So this would be a fancy place by comparison.
