Fixing a Loose Headlight Mount on a Model T

The mounting post for the right headlight of my 1923 Ford Model T was stripped and the end was missing. It appears to have broken off at the cotter pin hole sometime in the distant past.
Thankfully, sometimes repairs are easy, and just require a lot of boring but therapeutic hand filing.
