very nice video. Learn a few stuff. I also have the DCT and didn't know where to adjust the handbreak. Regarding the rear spring load adjustment, you said 7 positions, how can i see in which position it is right now, i doesn't have any numbers does it?
Hello, thanks for the comment! For the rear spring position 3 it's standard you can count right to left the small slopes (there are 7 of them). Hope that helps
According to the manual it's the crankcase breather. Before EU regulations that oil drained on the ground now needs to be sealed. If it's not cleaned regularly will go into the air filter.
Great real world videos on this bike. Thanks so much! Any idea if the valves are the shim type like the CB500X or the screw type which are much easier. Trying to decide on what bike to buy. Disappointing that the off road capability has been stripped down but still considering it over a Versys. Triumph Tiger is too expensive. CB500X seems to have a retained a little more off-road capability. Smaller engine put power to weight ratio is similar. 750 seems better for longer motorway trips, also for a passenger, although the wife is lightweight. Just talks too much. :)
You have to decide what time of roads you will be riding. NC750X its I would say 80% road and only 20% light off-road. CB500X its a 60/40 I would say, but still you dont have spoked wheels and you need to make some upgrades there. Or you can wait for the new Transalp like I do :)

Very good and helpful video! Thank you so much! Sub'd and T-up. I just bought today a 2022 NC-DCT. I have not owned a metric bike like this. It did not come with a tool to adjust...thats just stupid! I find the shock is very harsh ... almost like it is a SOLID ROD! .... this on bumps. I am hoping to reduce pre-load all the way. If that does not help, I will have to look to after market. Other than that, after 50 years and many bikes, I really like the NC-DCT! So nice to not have to shift! AND I WAS good at it. Raced amateur in the 1990's... always 1st and 2nd! SO HELP PLEASE!!!!! To get to the rear shock preload... can you get to it with out taking off the tire. ALSO WHERE IS the crankcase tube located? THANKS AGAIN!
Hello! So far 9000 Km done, they are great, they can make another 5000. They are Pirelli MT60 RS. Very happy with them, great grip so far. I will make a complete video review of them soon. Greetings!
Stay safe
Does anyone happen to know the size of spanner wrench needed to adjust preload on the rear shock? US models don't come with the necessary tools unfortunately.

The Philips adjustment in Tip (1) also turns the hex bold head so why not a Spanner adjustment?
