You can change the audio Tracks on the steering wheel you just need to have the audio showing in the middle of the instrument panel then you can use the mini thumb pad in the right of the steering wheel, up to go back down to go forward
I have a CLA (previous generation without MBUX) where this also works. In previous cars I could change the track with just one click on the steering wheel and not on my CLA but ... I looked in the settings for the middle screen and ... indeed, you can select the audio track with just one click on the steering wheel. Both next and previous track works. Great

Quick Tipp: changing the track is easy and quick if you do it like this: place your finger on the arrows and from there, swipe to the left or right. That's very quick. Of course you could also use the touchscreen

However I work for Mercedes and noticed one small mistake when you mentioned the CLA250. You mentioned it shares its engine with the CLA35 AMG and the CLA45 AMG but that’s incorrect. It only shares it with the tuned CLA35 AMG. The CLA45 AMG uses its own completely different hand-built 2.0 litre petrol engine that isn’t currently shared with any other model.
Otherwise keep up the fun reviews. Love them! 😁👌🏽

I just rented one of these in Portugal and the handling was fantastic, the interface was excellent, and the ride was very smooth but grippy. It wasn't incredibly fast, but everything else made up for it.
what model did you have?
As far as estates go, it's a greating looking one but I'd have preferred it if Mercedes has designed a liftback CLA or A class saloon instead.
Great video 👍Great personality. Mercedes do have good interiors better than alot of brands. You wouldn't buy this for boot space. Also diesel are bring phased out.

I tried that so many times but it just wouldn’t do it. I had to keep clicking and swiping.🤦🏻♀️ it was verrrrrrry frustrating. Give me a button on the steering wheel and I’d be happy.

This young lady is a great motoring journalist ! Just one thing though : when talking about space and practicality, Nicola should mention her height: claiming that this CLA gives enough leg room and head room is not relevant if Nicola is 167cm tall.
Why is handling rated as a negative when the reviewer herself admits that it is more for comfortable/luxury than for sportiness? Surely that's a positive then as it succeeds in what it has set out to do? Or does the reviewer think every car should cater to sporty boyracers as a default?

I'm sorry because I like wagons as much as anyone, but this car's huge overhang and skinny windows gives it a Scrappy Doo vibe that doesn't sit well with me.

Its an odd looking car but im a big fan of mercedes interiors right now, although I know that is subjective and some people really dont like the screens. To me the screens draw me to Mercedes vehicles.
Very surprised the Kia Proceed was not mentioned at all, it might not be seen as premium, but it still fills the same segment, in a shooting brake style. Personally, I prefer the looks of the Kia, however looks are subjective.
That's a fair point, but realistically very few people will be cross-shopping these two cars. The Kia is a great option if you don't want or need a premium badge.
looks more of a larger hatchback than a small estate? looks a bit Marmite to me, some angles looks great them others a bit mehh . just adding I've a w177 A-Class 👍 which I love to bits.

Had one of these as a hire car for a couple of weeks while my e class was getting written off.
Lovely looking car, inside and out!
But that’s about the only nice thing I could say about it.
Interior looks brilliant, but the plastics were very brittle and cheap, creaking, the car had only done 600 miles when we got it. Horrific wind noise on the motorway.
In the back, it felt very cramped, because of the headrest being a complete part of the seat, visibility from the back was pretty poor.
The 1.3 mild hybrid was brilliant around town. But gutless and very heavy on petrol on the motorway, even with a light foot.
It’s a shame, Mercedes are nice to look at now, but the reliability and quality of them has went down hill drastically.
Mercs are really confusing me with all their different models these days ! So this is an A class estate right?
The CLA is meant to be a four dour coupe version of the A class, kind of like a saloon alternative, but they have the A class saloon now.. so they thought they'd make this to make a slightly more practical version but maintain that coupe stance with the shooting brake style. Just like they did with the CLS which was meant to be a four door coupe of the E class. So really, this is the closest thing you will get to an A class estate. Strange as Audi and BMW don't make estate versions of the A3 and 1/2 series respectively.
I suppose you're right! A kind of A-Class coupe-estate!
The cars interior looks great but materials are terrible, my brother owns one and there's always some sort of electrical problem unfortunately typical with the modern mercs

I like her quirky delivery, but the one point 'free' (three) type mispronounciations always manage to confuse me for a split second.
Looks like a posh Kia Proceed, the Kia probably comes with more spec for alot less mind you haha. (I didn't say that spec was better I just said more 😉)
Don`t know why brands confuse themselves first and then us the consumers with soooooooooo many models; at the end of the day they`re gonna slash them all and declare bankrupt, It`s not what Mr. Benz had in mind in the first place; better keep the image that I had from the brand back in the 80s and 90s, a classy and well crafted cars... back in the day off course ;)
