Obviously without spoiling anything but as for the alternative reality stuff there will be a clue in the next season that pretty much confirms either if there is such a thing as altarnative realities or if they are not. So you will get your answer to this eventually ^^

Why was subaru so fucked up at the end? Remember that echidna revoked subarus qualification for the trial? And that they repeatatly said that you cannot enter the tomb or you will get fucked up if you try to if you dont have the qualification? (roswaal in bandages, patrasche when he grabbed subaru, himself when he tried to enter and instantly vomit?) so its insanely difficult for him to even be there in that second.
Dont worry with the emilia and satella thing. A lot of people in the community when it comes to theories try to draw a connection there and try to explain what they are showing us :D
The show gets crazy enough that these "wild" theories that kinda look out there are not too unrealistic to actually happen :D
