    Sue&Gambo, that is a lovely MooShu Chicken dish. I appreciate the Chef uses fresh oil from the bottle rather reused oil from a bucket by the wok like many restaurants. Where is your restaurant? Please list the name and address. Foodies do travel.Thank you for your videos.Good fortune.

    Hard to find Moo Shu wrappers in stores.. I have made this before without the wrappers. some chinese restaurants are using spring roll wrappers and they are not the same..

      David Piper I went to several Chinese restaurants in search of good mu shoo like I had as a kid. Two of the places used FLOUR TORTILLAS. I was shocked and a little bit mad

      No, just once in the actual wok sauce ingredients. The first one was Oyster sauce.

      hi it's wood ear mushrooms, you can buy them dry online and soak them in water to soften them up.

    Hi. Perhaps it's me, but I cannot find an actual recipe for the moo shu chicken anywhere on the site. I'm talking about actual quantities of each ingredient. I have made it however by estimating quantities used by gambo in this video. But if someone can lead me to an actual recipe, that would be wonderful. Thank you in advance.
