These modern external HDD is weirdly fast. A bit slower than m2 ssd, but faster than Seagate barracuda v13 with 7200RPM. So I bet KDC for PS5 costs like 50 dollars, and external HDD costs like 100 and very useful by itself. Just saying.

I went to saint Bernard trained with him until my mace skill was 7 and strength was 10. I rolled up in that bitch knocked his out in 3 hits. Just spend a few days practicing your skills and gaining strength. You got this!!!!
For the first time that i played the game and got here in story i was pretty bad and lost 80% my hp and had bleeding debuff before getting to runt so when the cutcene of runt taunting me started i said to myself you have to win! so i foucs and starting using combos,fanit and perfect block and defeated him with 5 or 3 percent of my hp! it was the best feeling i had with KCD and made me to fall in love with it.
Guys if you're looking for some good armor just speed travel from a place to another, eventually you will encounter a knight who wanna duel with you, just say no and then let him go. You just have to sneak behind him and knock him down, loot him, and profit. He has some of the best armor I have ever seen. To get good at sword fighting there is a early game glitch you can look for online that let's you continually hit the boy that called Runt in Skalics, by hitting him you can raise your sword level to 7 or more, that will effectively boost your game and make it more enjoyable.

1/ Level up your lock picking skill to around 7 when you are able to try hard lock. 2/ Sneak into the weaponsmith house in Rattay in the middle of the night. 3/ stealthily knock out everyone in the house. (They are all sleeping on the 2nd floor) 4/Steal all of their gears on their personal chest (easy difficulty lock pick). Don't even bother to try the shop gears since it was lock inside a very hard difficulty chest which requires lvl 15 lockpick skill. 5/ All of the gears they are wearing has a very nice stats to it, (the shop guard has a duelist longsword which is one of the best balance 2 handed sword,) so you can just store all of those items in your chest at the miller house, wait a few days for the stolen mark to disappear, then use those gears. Remember to repair those gears either through kit or pay the artisan to do it.
Better idea, do what I did, go around the country side killing bandits and cumans, starting with the lower levels, take all their shit and selling them, I got to this mission with a plate cuirass, riveted arms and legs, decorated chain mail and a German bascinet, all the while wielding a longsword. If you can’t carry anymore of their loot put it on your horse and once you get to rattay to sell your loot take it all off your horse and go and sell it. Sure you still need skill to complete all of that even with plate armour, I spent at least 3 hours, especially at the last point since my men wouldn’t stop dying, I had a rough time but since It’s kingdom come I felt like I had better than anyone else playing game.

I cracked his skull with my mace and down he went - I dreaded this fight for ages but the training I did, coupled with the perks, potions and decent armour meant this fight was a pretty decent duel.
I can't ever find a time that the game allows me to use stamina potions or health potions or bandages so I'm stuck injured and bleeding to hell by the time I'm to the boss battle.
I remember when I first got this game I wanted to make sure I was ready for the fight with Runt, so I trained with Captain Bernard for like 3 irl days, fight with Runt comes up and I got my favorite weapon, the Razor shortsword, I master stroke the first swing he throws at me, and deliver the biggest slash across his face
My fight with runt was epic. I got cocky and was doing strength bully with mace, push runt attack. And then the a.i. got my tactics and deliver two counter and two combos making my hp 5% with blood pouring. Runt hp was 40% , fortunately my one strike hit him in his head when I back step and attack. The head strike activated one perk and he got killed by critical strike, pure luck. Best feeling
My fight with Runt wasn’t the most cinematic but it was still fun. I was around level 15 and had spent a lot of time doing side quests and shit so I had really good plate armor and weapons. We exchanged a lot of back and forth blows, but my two bleeding perks and better armor started to win out. Finally a good counterattack let me stab him right in the chest and down he went. Felt pretty satisfying, knowing I had trained and worked my way to this skill level.
I was so high level by this point I had killed the entire camp during the scouting phase. Then when the actual attack came along we got to the church in about 5 minutes. Then I killed runt in 7 seconds with a single stab to the head. Being over-leveled and over-geared is super OP.
Actually even if u kill all the enemies before the raid they will just respawn in the attack. The only way to lower their numbers is to poison them the day before.
This one was pretty underwhelming for me. I was like Level 17 when I did this. My bow and sword mastery was basically perfect and I killed them easily. Runt wasn't even a challenge, just a simple hit to the head killed him. Probably shouldn't have ran around doing quests and killing, bandits, cumans and selling their armor to buy the best weapons and gear. Aaaahhh. What can you do, huh
If you have a horse go to skalitz there should be a battle between guards and bandits with mid to high level loot, let the Guards do the heavy lifting, take everything from the bandits and sell it
@@btk-y1l try making poison and doll maker potions at an alchemy bench, apply doll maker to your arrows to slow the bandits and backpedal while you pincushion them with poisoned arrows
1.)in nest of the vipers sabotage both the arrows and the food 2.) Go to the combat arena between rattay and the rattay inn and train with captain bernard until your strong (would recommend training with halbreds since its a strength based weapon and Bernard is shit at using them 3.) do what the other guy said but when the bandits are fighting don't intervene. Wait till everyone leaves and then loot whats left.
I've had such a problem with this part due to my fucking armor somehow seeming to not exist because idk how I'm taking such a shitload of damage form poor arrows and swords it's not the best armor but it's good knights armor and I should not be taking as much damage as I am
The 5 minute loading screens in between fights kinda brings this whole thing to a halt.

5 hours and I still can’t pass this mission. If I don’t have money or whatever, how in the hell am I supposed to buy armor or better weapons?

Holy shit. I did it. Started a new game, found all the treasures, sold some of them. Bought great equipment and killed him with bow and arrows.

It took me several tries to get through the siege, but only one to take out Runt.

Finish whatever side quests u can before doing this mission.
Two time i did this mission , two time i just knockout the boss with a mass hit on his head and i kill him after stealing all his stuff
