Much like you I was so excited when I met other hikers coming down the trail with big smiles and when I reached the legendary Ferreiro falls it was like I was in a pocket of the world long forgotten by industrialized travel and the modern world. And regarding the mist, it gave me pirate island vibes and quite added to the mystery for me but as in your video, you just wait for the microclimate to clear then you go back to see the view later. Didn't get to check out the Trancador bar but next time. Best from Scotland.
