Poached Chicken Breast with Quinoa and Aji Verde | Spicy Peruvian Green Sauce | Low FODMAP Meal Prep

  • Hey guys! Today I’m gonna teach you how to make perfectly poached chicken breasts that are JUICY EVERY TIME. I'm also going to show you how combine this with a spiced up version of quinoa, and whip up a seriously addictive green sauce to tie it all together, along with a few other ways to keep your meal prep INTERESTING. Enjoy!
    As always this recipe is GLUTEN FREE and Low FODMAP !!! It is also DAIRY FREE ;)

    Do you have a suggestion for replacing the cilantro in the sauce? I'm one those people that got the cursed genetics where cilantro tastes like soap.

      Oh nooooo! I use cilantro a lot. Hmmm... I think I would try a mix of green onion tops, parsley, dill, basil, whatever you like and have on hand. It'll definitely taste different, but I feel like It would still be good!
