  • Hey guys! Today I’m going to show you one of my go-to recipes that gets dinner on the table FAST, even when I forgot to defrost the meat. This recipe is QUICK and EASY and only requires a few ingredients, but is FULL of FLAVOR! It's the perfect recipe to have in your back pocket, help you resist ordering take out. I hope you guys like it!
    As always this recipe is GLUTEN FREE and Low FODMAP !!! It is also DAIRY FREE ;)

    I'm gonna try this one, but you really should use all the stalk of the broccoli. Unless thats not good for your gut. xx

      Yeah, I hate being wasteful, but cutting off the stems makes the broc lower FODMAP. Sometimes I do save the stems to make cheesy potato broccoli soup.😉

    I’ve been avoiding broccoli bc its not ibs friendly ?

      Hi, Dan. You can have a limited amount of broccoli at one sitting on the low FODMAP diet, 3/4 (raw) to be exact. Just be sure to not consume it with any other FODMAP containing foods at the same time and you should be in the clear. For more info on low FODMAP serving sizes, you can download the Monash FODMAP app.😉
