Any sign of pressure is dangerous also in opposite direction. Because court could annul prenuptial agreement, if spouse could prove that it was signed under pressure. Some states, also, could annul prenups more often than others, so alternative juridiction could also be red flag.
Imo a prenup isnt a bad thing, since if you love them now dont you want to protect them later? I know im Vindictive, so i want to protect them from my future crazy self lol
