    Had my knee scoped on a Friday morning and went back to work on Sunday night...they are making this far too complicated.get up and walk the sooner the better

      Definitely agree had my. Menicus repair 2 day s ago done weight bearing straight away now im walking, didnt do this last time on my other knee delayed my recovery

      No.. I just had this surgery done and was told to avoid stairs for at least 6-8 weeks.. the last thing you wanna do is push your body. Let the body heal properly. Stairs would just hinder it

      I’m 1 month in and still walk Up the stairs like a three-year-old

    Surgeon: How can I help you
    Patient: I got a little bit of knee. I want you to make the knee pain permanent, I want to be unable to walk properly, I want to develop knee arthitis, I do not want to return to the sport I used to do.
    Surgeon: No problem, I've done that plenty of times, for plenty of people
    Patient: Oh good, with that package, I should be able to finish it off and develop a serious depressive disorder
