    Hi Dr. Lonergan,
I had my PCL tear of my right knee due to an motor-bike accident in April 2008 and due to some reasons i had not operated my knee.Last month i had operated my knee through Knee Anthroscopy and today i saw your video and it gives me an immense pleasure for thanking you to give such valuable guidance for people like me.If in future please guide us for post-rehabilitation for different Knee Anthroscopy surgeries.

This is the most informative video about my knee arthroscopy I've found. Excellent!

    Dr. Lonergan,
I recently damaged the meniscus in my right knee and after three months of physical therapy and medication, I have agreed with my physician that I need surgery to relieve my pain and inflammation, as well as restore full range of motion. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for putting this video together because it was very informative. I'm still very nervous about my surgery, but watching this video has reduced my stress level. Thank you.
    Sincerely,
    Jae

    Hi Dr. Lonegran,
I wanted to thank you for this very informative video. I had this surgery three days ago and on day two my thigh was so very painful. I couldn't lift it without help. You video confirmed that it was normal. Since I've taken off a week from work (teaching) I've had a lot of time (going a bit stir crazy since I'm usually very active) and have watched many videos on this surgery. Yours is by FAR the best. Thanks again for taking the time to share your knowledge.

I just had a right knee arthoscopy today :) pain but I'm happy! I was misdiagnosed with Chondromalcia Patella, actually had Plica Syndrome he saw the Plica and removed it and he saw that my knee cap was jagged so he smoothed it out, he also did a bi lateral release

Very helpful Doc, thank you very much. I'm waiting to get an MRI to confirm how bad meniscus tear is. The pain comes and goes, but it's been lingering for more than 8 weeks now.

Hi Dr. Lonergan I am a 15 year old girl that was once athletic but due to extensive knee pain I have stopped. I have been resting and seeing a specialist for about a year and but he cant diagnose me. He has ruled out a lot of things but he still isn't sure, so he is going to do the athroscopy to find out. I am quite nervous but I cant wait for my knees to feel better. I hope he figures out what is wrong and fixes them. thx for posting this video it really helped me to understand what to expect.

I am 5 days post op. Been doing good, except for minor pain. I'm surprise to say that I have minimal swelling. How soon can you sleep on your side. This sleeping on your back with your legs straight is no joke. In the middle of the night I try to move it when I need to go to the restroom.

Im due for a Knee Arthroscopy Thursday 22 of June on both my knees. Do you advise doing both knees together or not? I had no injury just very noisy and sore knees from childhood.

My husband is awaiting a right knee arthroscopic surgery for torn meniscus. He already has an "off-loader" knee brace in place & utilizes crutches or cane to assist ambulation. My issue is that I am planning to have right shoulder arthroscopic surgery for rotator cuff repair, & he will be serving as My caregiver immediately afterwards. What is a good time frame to allow him to recuperate before I go ahead with MY surgery? ('don't want to over tax himself!)
    Thanks!
