Suggestion if you haven't seen it : "The Last Man on Earth" first episode. Very realistic and yet fun situation : every human has disappeared except one, and everything - cars, shops etc - is like it was just before this (we don't know what, and probably won't) happened. Could be some fun reactions to this one
I really enjoyed this reaction. Suggestions for future black films: 1.The Color Purple w/Whoopi Goldberg and Danny Glover 2. Jason's Lyric w/Allen Payne and Jada Pinkett 3.What's Love Got To Do With It w/Angela Bassett and Laurence Fishburne 4. Swan Song w/Mahershala Ali and Naomi Harris 5. King Richard w/Will Smith and Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor 6. Fences w/Denzel Washington and Viola Davis Take Care ...
I love this movie. Thank y’all for showing love to “black” movies and legit watching with and open heart and mind. You will always be on my subscribed list. It’s a HUGE deal!
My mom passed from cancer a week after my 11th birthday. I remember hearing her talking to my grandma (her mom) when she was really starting to go downhill and she said “Mama I’m not scared to go, I just don’t want to leave my babies” I’m almost 40 and will never forget hearing her say that😢
Kudos to Badd Medicine. Most TH-cam reviewers rarely watch movies and series where people don’t look like them. Yo guys watch a variety of movies and series and identify with characters even if they don’t look like you on the outside. Thankyou. Thankyou for not just watching a moving with Black actors if it’s only a superstar like Eddie or Denzel. You guys listen and consider recommendations for good movies without excluding them because the cast doesn’t look like you. Bravo!
You guys have to finish it out!! The Best Man: The Final Chapters is a series on Peacock. It is really good, and concludes the saga!! All the cast is back!!😊😊
This movie played on my heart strings and boom the Best Man series on Peacock made my heart complete again. One of the best cultural movies/series in Black cinema history
You know it's great writing where it can have you laughing one moment & tearing up the next, the film does have a bittersweet storyline, but it's so well written, that it doesn't feel out of place with the comedy scenes, where your laughter was so contagious in those, but this movie sure took us on a rollercoaster of emotions!.
This is one of the few times I’ve seen all four of you guys actually cried/got snotty nosed/broke down. That speaks volume about how good this movie was AND IS. Y’all better see Best Man: the Final Chapters! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
This movie was released a week after Thor: The Dark World and actually beat it at the box office that week and the trolls were furious. They made it a mission to dump on this movie after that with some of the ugliest trolling at the time. But overall despite that the movie has aged will and is considered a solid sequel.
@GoogleuserToday-oh9qf yeah. Some fandoms are weird with that. I remember when people from another fandom bombed Attack on Titan for the episode "Hero" when it became #1 on some list for best TV episode of all time or something of the like.
@@Alissandre_Iskandersure did! They made sure Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones episodes stayed at the top of the list by downvoting it. I think that’s so sad. And I’m sure if they had given AoT a chance and watched it, they’d know it actually earned that spot!
My wife and I saw this in the theater and everyone was balling. We didn’t know this was the direction the movie was going to take so my wife didn’t have tissue. Someone must have known because that person was passing out tissue to everybody.
Me n my mom went n it was so hard for her cause her best friend died from cancer but she didn't tell anybody so she never got to say goodbye but yea literally everybody in the theater was balling their eyes out
I loved this reaction! You all should watch The Best Man: The Final Chapters. It's an 8-episode series with all of the original cast. Super funny and entertaining!
What really gets me is all the times that Jordan cries; when Sanaa cries as her and Harper are laying in the bed talking, and when Harper cries after Q askes him for a second time if he needs any money. The acting in those scenes is off the charts.
It's funny that you said with no epidural because in America black women have the highest death rate in childbirth because the healthcare providers do not give them epidural even when they're begging for it. So yeah
Not sure it's the lack of epidural that contributes to the high maternal mortality rate of black women. Most deaths I've seen in recent years were attributed to missed pulmonary embolisms. With the birth of my son, one of the nurses was so mad because they weren't helping me move around and didn't put the cuffs on my legs to encourage blood flow which is dangerous.
I just know you guys would love the “why did I get married” Tyler perry movie series if you haven’t watched it already. Great laughs and emotions with many lessons to be learned.
Totally agree with Oak about A-list cast vs. A-list cast with chemistry. I've seen plenty of movies with a stacked cast that were just ok to me. But this group right here really work incredibly well together.
I was an extra during the football scenes. I am right behind the 3 guys on the sideline with a blue jacket and blue and white wig. Funny thing is that it was filmed in Buffalo at the stadium in the middle of summer at nighttime. You can imagine a bunch of bills fans walking into their stadium and seeing Giants written on the endzones
I forgot to add to the list: WAITING TO EXHALE HOW STELLA GOT HER GROOVE BACK JASON'S LYRIC WHAT'S LOVE GOT TO DO WITH IT MALCOLM X RAY THE FIVE HEARTBEATS THE TEMPTATIONS
I'd love to see a run of Waiting to exhale, How Stella got her groove back and What's love got to do with it.. especially knowing Oak is a fan if Angela Bassett 😏😂 Great list!
You guys should add "The Holiday" to your watch list! Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law, and Jack Black were so fun in that movie! One of my favorite holiday movies! ❤
Thank you for reacting to the Best Man series. 1 Greatly enjoyed y'alls reaction. 2. Giving these movies more exposure to people who never heard of them.
This movie wrecked many husbands when I saw it in theatres. Every single man was snotty nosed. 😅You guys gotta see that movie “This Is Where I Leave You” HILARITY.
My favorite in the series. It will wreck you and make you laugh. It’s such a perfect balance of life. Please continue to watch the series that was on Peacock. It truly does cap off the franchise and honestly I’d love to follow these friends every ten years. This cast and these characters are part of the culture.
Something else brilliantly done in this sequel was the music 😌. You may have missed it: The Stevie Wonder song “As” that played when Harper & Jordan danced in college. They played the same song slowed down during the funeral. The juxtaposition of the song in both films chefs kiss!
Never imagined you guys were going to react to this movie! One of my favorite tv movies to watch, my mom passed from cancer on christmas when I was 11 and we didn’t had the chance to spend Christmas together. I’m happy watching this movie because Mia had her chance to say goodbye
The next one out is the 8 episode series on peacock. It’s called The Best Man: Final Chapters. It’s pretty hilarious also and so entertaining. Great reaction guys!! Love this movie a lot so I’m happy you guys enjoyed both movies ☺️
A huge group of us girls went to see this in a sold out theater because we had been waiting 15 years for it! As we could barely get out of the theater the all of patrons for the next showing were at the door.
Hi guys! I'm a new subscriber after your video appeared in my recommendations. First, let me say, that the raw emotion on all of your faces when Mia's illness was revealed was so touching. And I totally agree about the chemistry between the actors. Also, adding Eddie Cibrian to the role as Brian, the love interest of Jordan played by Nia Long, added even more sparks to the screen. Wait until you see the cast in The Best Man series streaming on Peacock...it's hot too!
Lost my twin sister Audrey to cancer 3 years ago she was the youngest of the 8 of us and she was 54, she left her husband and 2 adult sons and 2 grandchildren who are 10 and 6 we miss her everyday and think about her daily. Still a heartbreak 💔 😢 thank you guy.
I really appreciate how y'all react to these black films, You don't see to many reactors reacting to films like these and not going to lie that annoys me.
I went into theaters expecting this to be pretty good, but not that damn good. Might be the best one tbh. This movie had everyone in the theatre crying.
I always liked that Mia owned up to her part in Lance/Harper drama in both movies. In the 1st one it was hard to be upset with his "innocent virgin" wife and now we see it was hard for him to be upset with his sick wife. He anger was rightfully placed towards Harper but Mia realized it was still misplaced to an extent. She has always been a glue to their friendship. NONE of them ever wanted to disappoint her or be upset with her. I love that they were able to let go of their hostilities with each other individually and as a whole. definitely a classic❤ great reaction! 🥰 recommendations: Haikyuu (anime), Last Holiday, Beauty Shop, Barbershop

I remember watching this movie in theaters. Before I got to see it, everyone on social media kept leaving remarks like "make sure you bring your Kleenexes," and I couldn't understand why. I even asked one of the theater employees and he said "I haven't seen it, but literally everyone walks out in tears." Like, what would be so sad about another "Best Man" movie?! Boyyyyyyyy I found out why, and it hit me right in the chest. Unfortunately, I was on a first date and was blubbering in front of her. But luckily, she and the entire theater were crying sobbing, so she understood LOL! I get it was a lot to touch on, but I wish you guys had also brought up Harper's financial struggles and how, as a man, that was hard to come to grips with and be open about. But other than that, you guys were on the money! Sidenote: Anyone else notice that The Oak looked so out of it from the moment the kid brought up Mia's condition ALLLLLL the way to the end of the reviews. Bro had no more smiles to give lol. I get it tho....this movie takes a LOT out of you! Much love guys! Truly enjoy your reviews!
Loved the reaction! This was definitely better then the first in my opinion but I think it’s because it’s much more matured, the actors had been working together for decades since and the writing/acting was chef’s kiss 🤌 I have to say lol, Sanaa Lathan’s name’s pronounced phonetically Suh-nye-uh (like Bill NYE) ❤
U guys should definitely check out their series called Best Man: The Final Chapters. It wraps up everyone's stories and it's for sure just as good as both movies.
Love this franchise❤❤❤ The Best Man is one of my favorite movies and the only issue i had is they took too long for the sequel. However, they hit it out the park!!! Great movies. The third one is a series.

The Best Man is one of my favorite movies and the only issue i had is they took too long for the sequel. However, they hit it out the park!!!
Great movies. The third one is a series.
Y'all have to watch the series. They put it on Peacock for Q's wedding instead of a movie. It's really good! The Best Man: Last Chapters
Im so excited for you guys!!!!!!!! ❤❤❤. this movie is my heart. My favorite of the two. ❤
