A loss is a loss. I'm glad you had a great reaction from your classmates. You put in a lot of work this summer so it's nice that it got noticed. I wish you a good week ahead and I'm sure you will get into a routine as the weeks go. ☺

I think it's great that even during this time of major transition, you are still losing weight. You are still moving in the right direction. As you said, once things get into a routine, it will be much easier. I hope your classes go well and that you are setting up for a great semester.

Don't sweat it Erin. You still lost more than a pound at a big transition time and you will find your routine and do even better in the coming weeks. You look really good.

I know down weeks are disappointing but you're doing great and your NSV's outweigh the scale. Planning can be very hard when life gets stressful. Making sure to make time for you and your meals is important though so hopefully you can take an hour or so and meal prep for the upcoming week. I also like to double my dinners and take the leftovers for lunch! Keep your head in the game!! You're going to have a great week next week!!! 💗😘💗😘

Hey Erin! Great loss to date. Bummer about the food choices, but it happens to all of us. We are all dreamers to some extent. :) Good for logging your bad choices as well. That must have been great to hear all those people compliment you like that. Keep up the good work.

you're doing great, life happens and you still managed to loose weight. having a routine is very helpful but sometimes we need to live. I have been trying to add more veggies to my diet too but have found it difficult. Great NSV, it's so nice to have people notice your progress.

Don't you love it when people notice you've lost weight? I hope to see my daughters this weekend. One I haven't seen since Christmas (I've lost almost 80 pounds since then), and the other one was with me when I had the surgery (I've lost almost 40 pounds since then). I can't wait to get their reactions in person! By the way, my bariatric team told me 1000 calories a day. I know you mentioned in a previous video that some of the WLS think you eat too much. And I'm only 5'6" tall.

Their are times when things happen and you don't loose the way you want. But take your loss it's still a loss. hugs

Not huge, but not bad at all, and these weeks will happen from time to time, understandable. Haha! I am glad you had a warm reception from your classmates, most people who see me now, don't know who the hell I am , lol.

Holy heavy textbook...sheesh. Talk about a workout just carrying your bag around. Good luck in school.
