i believe it’s making it so you won’t subtract any distance by maybe aiming them back, when you do this motion on an actual jump it makes your brain remember to keep your feet in front of you kind of like why you lean on your toes when you first lane, it sets you up to reach further, just an educated guess though
She is doing it sooooooo wrong, btw I know cuz I do this. So what you’re actually supposed to do is put your feet out in front of where you think you’ll land(like out another foot of where you do) and then glide your but into that position, so you don’t fall back.
