    Hi friends. November with the election and then my grandson, Tommy, becoming gravely ill, I totally fell off my exercise routine. Tommy is better and I've pulled myself back up onto the track.     Your title enticed me this morning. I've had a belly fat issue ever since I had my 4th daughter! Called it baby fat until she turned 20 and I had to accept that it was just my belly fat - I'm happy to know I can now blame it on being menopausal belly fat!! Enjoyed the workout. I found myself off balance with the side leg lifts but added side arm lifts with it and found it easier to balance (both arms for both leg lifts)

    Thank you!! I’ve been working out with you 5x week for 2years. I love your 50 min combo strength and cardio video. I’m almost 67 but my endurance has really improved because of your training!! So I think I have to do this one twice to really get a good sweat on!! 💜

    Hello , I just found your videos and this one for menopause & belly fat caught my eye because that’s me ✋🏼59 , menopausal and I’m feeling that belly fat creep up fast uuuug! I love your videos you make it easy to follow along and I just love that your mom is doing this with you, she’s awesome!
    I’ve never been one to stick with any exercise routines, but I’m gonna try hard to do this I’m not getn any younger 😁 !

    Most unique 3rd move on all the segments. Made me think, nd challenged me even more because I added a cardio element to this routine by doing demanding arm moves--some with various sized weights. Boy, did I get a workout today!!! Thanks loads for this most interesting session!...Anastasia

    Oh gosh. Since turning 65, I've really noticed a shift in my body. I look like I'm 3 months pregnant. Not fun. I thoroughly enjoyed this HIIT workout.
