Prime's X-Ray feature says that a lot of the background characters who were destined to be blown up had their viscera and explosion points drawn as part of their character sheets to make it look as realistic as possible. I swear some of these animators have medical degrees.
Tell me about it, I wanted to mention the ridiculous detail that went into every frame showing people's spinal and intestines very distinctly, but the video was getting a bit long lol.
I hate that we entered this era. Everyone now wants to make brutal and more "realistic" versions of our superheroes. That's not the way. Superheroes should be good and wholesome instead of "I just like to punch". For example, Mark has no problem with killing at some point. And that's awful for me. On the other hand we have Spider-Man who's rule number 1 is "don't kill even when someone Is really pure evil".
Hey man. Discovered you through your letterboxd vid and really appreciated it along with your recent stuff. Followed you on there and TH-cam and appreciate if you would do the same! (At least for the living hell that is TH-cam)
We finally got our biannual upload. See everyone back here in either September or December

Shoot I haven't even touched that series yet, definitely gotta check it out though since it's one of the first matureish seeming suphero projects.
I love this video
