Revenue Share . . . Scenario 1. What if - I bring on 5 "producing" Agents (tier 1) that has also brought on a couple "producing" agents under them. Are you saying I will not get revenue share for those tier 2 "producing" agents AT ALL until I bring on 5 more tier 1 "producing" agents? Scenario 2. What if - Of my 5 Tier 1 Agents, only 2 of them actually CAP, will I receive the $4,000 each AFTER they cap or is it accumulated with each transaction? if accumulated with each transaction it may answer my final question: If the other 3 agents sold homes as well but just didn't cap, will I still receive revenue share per closing of the deals they did close?
At REAL you need 10 producing agents in your tier 1 to unlock your second tier benefits. And then it's 5 more tier 1 agents to unlock each proceeding tier. I'm assuming you are comparing us to eXp. I would point out that REAL pays almost twice as much for a tier 1 agent as eXp does and at REAL you only need 25 tier 1 agents to unlock all tiers where at eXp it is 40. So there are pros and cons to each. You receive revenue share on every transactions. So even if they only sell one home, you will get your revenue share on that transaction as soon as it closes. For tier 1 agents, you will receive 5% of the agents commission until they cap.
@@next-genagents7731 Thanks . . . I wasn't comparing to EXP as I have not done any research on EXP. For some reason I've never been interested in EXP. I was with KW for 3 years and am familiar with their profit share system. I am currently with a small boutique brokerage and am doing research because I am considering making a move, not sure when . . . but considering.
Some of the stock rewards will shrink over time as the company gets larger and the value of the stock grows. Specifically the free stock for capping and free stock for attracting an agent to the company. The current stock bonus will be in place until we hit 10,000 agents.
That is correct and the team member gets reduced to juts $6K at REAL. How open are you to hoping on a video call and I can talk to you more about teams at REAL?
Very interesting breakdown. Great Video!
Great Job - Thanks for posting
Of course. Are you considering making a move to REAL?

Do you get grandfathered into the stock grants or do they shrink as it grows?

For the team model.. you are saying 25% to the "Team leader" + 15% to the company so 40%?? until the team member pays in 6K then just 25% ?

@@next-genagents7731 no thanks, I was just curious, i did speak with onboarding she said they just changed the minimum to 10% for teams.
