Hello. Thank you for your video. I have a question about property management. Could I manage rental property if I am in Real broker?
Only your own. You can't manage others as a business.
Can you explain more about the term 22.1 in ICE about intellectual property, If I make a TH-cam channel related to real estate business during the term I am associated with Real brokerage, and I don't use Real's logo Or name, would this channel belong to Real brokerage If I leave the company? How to define the phrase of "company innovation" in this term? Thank you
no, no. Your content is absolutely your content, even if you do use REAL's logo and branding. They encourage content creation. You have 100% ownership over your content. I'm assuming they are talking about their proprietary technology that they create. Let's hop on a video call and we can talk more. Do you guys have an advertising department for Google ads?
We have a partnership with Lofty and they can run and manage your Google PPC, Facebook ads and Microsoft Bing ads for both buyers and sellers.

yes. You can just focus on rentals here and those commissions will count towards your "producing agent" status.

Do they have contract classes for new agents or if you have a contract question?
Each state broker does exclusive training for their states. Being new, I would also like to connect you with a local agent who can help you with contracts as well.
Where do Real Broker agents go for meetings?
It's all online. So you can attend the meeting live on your desktop or your phone or watch the replay of meetings and training anytime you are available.
Do you recommend this company for new real estate agents?
I do, if you have a local co-sponsor into the company. That way you will have a local resource for questions about things like your contract, MLS, ect. What website does a customer/client use to look up properties. The one on Real sucks. I love the business idea with real, but was checking out the front end what a customer sees.
let's be honest, 99% of our customers use Zillow OR our individual agent websites. No body goes to KW's website or eXp's website to search for properties 🤷♂️ for individual website, most agents use Lofty because we get a huge discount on it for being with REAL, and lofty websites look beautiful and have tons of features. We also have a partnership with Luxury Presence and you can get a beautiful luxury website with them at a big discount as well.
