We have a partnership with Lofty and they can run and manage your Google PPC, Facebook ads and Microsoft Bing ads for both buyers and sellers.

What website does a customer/client use to look up properties. The one on Real sucks. I love the business idea with real, but was checking out the front end what a customer sees.
let's be honest, 99% of our customers use Zillow OR our individual agent websites. No body goes to KW's website or eXp's website to search for properties 🤷♂️ for individual website, most agents use Lofty because we get a huge discount on it for being with REAL, and lofty websites look beautiful and have tons of features. We also have a partnership with Luxury Presence and you can get a beautiful luxury website with them at a big discount as well.

Do you have to pay a monthly fee for the crm?
If you want to get access to Lofty (formerly known as Chime), you can get it at a huge discount of $40 a month, that CRM is typically $500 a month for non-REAL agents.

You keep talking too much about real and repeat the same thing over and over that I heard millions of time and over shadow the lady speaking about epic realty. If you are doing these comparison videos stop talking about yourself and let the guest speak so it does not be a hour video and more than half is about yourself
The purpose of these is to be a side by side comparison of the two companies. Many people who watch these are not familiar with REAL or Epique and have not watched my other videos.

Quick question. EXP offers the Mentorship program on the first 3 transactions for New Agents. Do Real offer it too? I think that can be a deciding factor for New Agents. Having someone there in person to walk you through it in the beginning is a big deal in my opinion.
No mentorship program currently at REAL but we do have co-sponsorship. When ever I talk with a new agent, I always find a local agent in their market to co-sponsor the agent with me. This way the local co-sponsor can help with writing contracts, questions about MLS or other local matters and the co-sponsor will have a vested interest in the agents continued success and career, not just through the first three transactions.

Epique Realty is unfortunately being very disingenuous in the marketing of their stock awards. According to their ICA, the Power Award Status grants up to 1,500 Shares or up to $15,000 worth of Stock (whichever is less). Given that the stock price is only 53 cents based on what Jamie says at 28:09, the actual value of the Power Award Status is only $795.

While you may watch this video and just see an exp rep that doesn’t seem to know much about his company… Some people actually REALLY vibe with that. A lot of agents don’t CARE what the big corporation/brokerage is doing. At all! You can see that all that matters is his own personal business. He is focused on what’s going on in his silo, which is clearly working for him. And some of the silos in EXP are incredible. But also, like he said… some people leave EXP because they get into the wrong one REAL is, in my opinion, a mix between what KW wants to be and what EXP wants to be. Super interesting video
Does real still require you to be an active agent and have sales in order to receive your revenue share? Or did they change that?
You do need to be a "producing agent' to receive rev share at REAL. You need to earn at least $3,000 in commissions every 6 months, this can be in the form of referral checks, rentals, team leader splits, or sales. They do have a "retirement plan' where you can step out of production and still receive your rev share if you have been a producing agent for at least 3 years.

no, no. Your content is absolutely your content, even if you do use REAL's logo and branding. They encourage content creation. You have 100% ownership over your content. I'm assuming they are talking about their proprietary technology that they create. Let's hop on a video call and we can talk more. In REAL, do all team members get credit for Community Events?
So if they have a half cap, they are not eligible for Elite Agent status, they would have to pay the full $12k cap to get it or be on a marketing group to get Elite Agent. But if the team member is doing community activities as well, yeah, I would think that would count.

Only your own. You can't manage others as a business.
My wife has been with Keller Williams for over a year, ever since she got her license, and she has been working her ass off, doing everything she's asked to... And has had zero transactions of get own so far. It's baffling... Should she consider switching to Real?

Preston I would say that the reason your wife hasn’t made any deals isn’t because of the brokerage. The brokerage is just where you hang your license. Sure they provide some training but the rest is up to the agent. Only she has the power to find and secure more deals. No broker will do that for her.
