Who owns REAL and how many reps involved so far..
Colton was the first to "TTP". I remember cold calling in 2017 and watching Colton make the calls while I did, man I got me through it for real.

Getting my license this month i was laid off in 2019 since then have bought 3 fix and flips. Did well ! But the struggle is real this year so i feel like i might as well learn

Sounds like EXP brokerage... what's the difference? It's a pyramid recruitment scheme. Pellego Brokerage charges $850 flat fee instead of 85/15 or more split. And there are some that do less. What's the advantage of Real Brokerage?

I explain at end of video. Real has a similar compensation structure. Biggest thing is Real is young and gives equity (shares). With time as Real grows to size of EXP those shares will increase significantly!
@@FlippingMastery I think this is a really great idea. People are so hung up on the money side of things, feeling like they're loosing something by partnering with you, or anyone else...but that's what life should be about, relationships. Everyone can grow and everyone gets a piece of the pie, which there's always enough money in the world to go around. Life is about the freedom to spend time with you're family, you're kids, friends, business partners...those are the things that bring meaning to life. Not whether it's a 80/20 85/15 split, it's building something together, growing together. Can always start something else you get 100% of the proceeds, but no business grows with real partnership with other people. I wouldn't mind doing this at all, how do I join with you? As long as we're all making money and doing the things that REALLY matter in life, I'm game. Stay cool Jerry
So if you get a license but plan on wholesaling and investing can you still joing real? Do you have to produce as an agent or how doe that work do they do the same split with your wholesale profit ?

Good question… that will depend on your local board but most likely yes.

Hey jerry, when talking to the seller, do we tell them that we are looking to buy their house, or should we tell them that we work with a group of investors or partner that wants to buy their house. And if they ask about it, that it’s our job to find flips for our partner/group of investors that way they can put all of their time into actually flipping homes instead of finding deals. I’m just afraid that telling the seller we are the ones who are buying their home is a bit misleading since it’s not true. What do you think?
Hey, I am a licensed Realtor/Investor in Texas. And in my marketing and on the initial conversation I tell them I’m a Realtor and that I also work for a Real estate investment company. It works for me and even if the company is mine I’m still telling them the truth. Hope this is helps you.

How much are your more successful services? I don't pay rent but it's become a habit in my house that if I don't want to be forcefed mentally ill conspiracy theories I'm threatened to be kicked out which might be funny after I move out but is extremely stressful now. I'm just trying to cut my parents out of my life and live in a cheaper place.
