Thanks for sharing this, Jeb, I was curious to hear why you made the move. Do you find that you're back to being a lone agent in an office like you were in the beginning or is Real keeping you connected to other agents?
Hey Christian..............Honestly it's been a good move in many ways, should have done it years ago but you know what they say about hindsight. I've been somewhat of a "lone" agent since the pandemic before I left and that's because I chose to go that route. With that, there is a ton of ways to be around other REAL agents both online and in person (locally here in OC). There's a pretty big group of us (50+) in OC that do office meetings every other week as well as colloborate on off markets, buyer needs, etc...........Reach out if you want to chat.
Yes.............You pay an annual brokerage fee of $750 (divided between your first 3 transactions) and after you cap, you pay $285/transaction but that goes toward your post cap fees which can help you hit ELITE Status.
Thank you so much for information at all process levels. Also I would like to ask if a broker working on getting a mortgage loan for me can charge me 3000 dollars for the services he did getting approved for a loan but couldn't close the deal due my real estate agent lied about water problem in that property?

Are there any annual brokerage fees or transaction fees that you pay above and beyond the $12k cap?
