    Thank you so much for this video. I have be doing your neck exercises twice a day for about a year. I have cervical spondylosis and had a lot of pain in my neck and arm. My neck was very stiff and I had reduced ability to turn to the right. I have noticed a big improvement in my range of movement since starting your exercises. Pain also improved. I have started doing mindfulness based meditation which is helping me deal with the pain. Thank you Norman for putting me on the right track. If anyone complains about pain in their back, neck, knees or wrists I send them your way.

    I just wanted to thank you for this viIdeo very sincerely. I'm 23 years old and when I turned 18 I began chronically cracking my neck, a habit that I am working to stop. Just earlier today I watched this and have been doing the exercises, and I am already noticing a dramatic decrease in my tension, which has made it much easier to stop cracking. I've been to a chiropractor in the past and seen X-rays, and my neck is already degenerative. I am confident that these exercises are going to make a huge difference my life for the long-term. Thank you!

    I injured my neck two years ago during a workout. Yoga and stretching has alwaus been something that I neglected. But now the least bit of stress creates horrible tension in my neck, i have reoccuring headaches and tight doesnt even begin to describe how my neck feels most days. On a good day...the pain sits at a 5. But a simple bad night sleep can make my pain go from 5 to 10. I just found your video and i plan on applying this as many times as i can during the day. All the positive comments are giving me hope. :)

    • @YogaNorman
      @YogaNorman  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Isabelle, I am glad that all the positive comments are giving you hope. Hope is the first step. You need to believe that you can heal your neck. Second, you need to be patient and practice in a way that does not create more pain. Move slowly and carefully without pain in a way that will relax you more. To help you to relax better, you can do many of the other videos on my channel. Even though they are not specific to your neck problem, they will help you to relax and heal.
      You will find much more free self-healing help on my website. Then perhaps you will one day write about your own self-healing to inspire others :)
      Please let me know if I may help you further,
      I wish you success,

      Hi Isabelle. I have been having horrible neck pain as of late, and was wanting to try these exercises. Have you had any luck with them? I am scared of trying them, and aggravating my neck worse.

      splash Quite a few have asked the same questions. I think that you will feel better about doing these neck healing techniques if you read a lot of the "Comments" here by the users and my answers. If you go very slowly, gently, and don't push into pain or try to force progress, you will learn how to move to heal yourself.
      I wish you success. Let me know if you need more help,

      YogaNorman thank you for the reply. I shared this vid to co-workers and my mum too. I make sure to follow the neck exercise everyday. If I may also request yoga for leg cramps, if there is? When I was a kid, I experienced night time leg cramps 4-5 times a week consistently. Then it lessened when I became an adult. Last year, was the least times I had leg cramps, but this month, Ive been experiencing it at least twice a week. I hope there's a yoga exercise for this. Namaste! :-)

      +Georgia Porsche Here is a lot of info on my website that will help. slyoga.com/2013/04/rls-restless-leg-syndrome-relieved-with-yoga/ Has several links with more help to relieve and reverse leg cramps. My videos here on TH-cam will help to improve circulation to your legs:
      Improve Your Circulation th-cam.com/video/tOEbXPL0bdQ/w-d-xo.html
      Knee Healing th-cam.com/video/EkTIrwDt1FU/w-d-xo.html

      Knees, Hips, Ankles, Toes th-cam.com/video/Fdx_yqgxu4o/w-d-xo.html
      Often leg cramps and pain are the result of lack of oxygen to the cells due to poor circulation. So improving circulation is always good. Stagnant circulation bad.

      YogaNorman Sir, thank you very much for the info and links. I have much faith in yoga as my body and mind have very positive and immediate response to the exercises. I do not feel tortured during and after the sessions. My mind is more relaxed, and could now understand the meaning of the word "calm." Your videos are very helpful, informative and effective in getting rid of the pain that I've felt for 13 years. Last Saturday, I also did 2 rounds of sun salutation I found from another TH-camr, and like a miracle, my lowerback pain that I've suffered from since 2003 hasn't come back! I would have had a more active lifestyle when I was much younger if I didn't suffer from the pain. I very much thank you (and other Yoga TH-camrs/ Yogi's) for putting up such helpful and informative videos. Bless you! :-)

If you haven't already, you might like to try my video of "A Very Slow, Very Easy Yoga Sun Salutation" th-cam.com/video/PpXoK0T6OAQ/w-d-xo.html Because this is so slow and so gentle, it will not only help you to relax and reverse pain, but it will also help you to better tune in to your body to better guide you in your yoga self-healing practice. Let me know if you have any questions.

    For a few weeks I have what I thought was a trapped nerve either side of my elbow on my right arm. ( maybe caused it in the gym?). It was causing me pain, keeping me awake at night and generally making me miserable.
    I followed this video once and the pain has gone, I am now repeating the exercises as it makes my neck feel so much looser.
    I have never had anything to do with yoga before, I found your video by accident. I now intend to look through the rest of your videos.
    Thank you, so much.

    Hi Noman. Thank you for this video. I am 60 and have been dealing with neck/arm pain for months now. After x-rays and an MRI it was discovered that I had a pinched nerve at c-6 and have been going through physical therapy. While it has helped somewhat and the pain has lessened, I still have nerve pain, tingling & numbness down my right arm. I have a deteriorated disk causing all this. I did these simple neck exercises and am hoping they will help me more.

Playing the piano can create a lot of neck pain or just teaching piano lessons and constantly looking down can cause neck pain. Stay with this and the results will begin to last longer and longer. The more frequently you practice, the quicker and longer lasting the good results. This is the way yoga works. Try to practice some during your work hours. Even a little bit more will reduce your pain. My video "Hands, Shoulders, Upper Back, Chest, Wrists, Fingers" will help. Also, do the first part of my video do "A Very Slow, Very Easy Yoga Sun Salutation." to the place where you are in a forward bend and stay in it to the 5 minute and 50 seconds place where it will then change to another position. You can do this at work also. When you are hanging in this forward bend, you can really relax your neck, shoulders, and arms, and at the same time circulation is improved to all of your upper body.

    Hi Norman. Found your video today. I suffer from c5 and c6 neck pain which causes trigger. Pain on my right side in the scapula area. It flares up one to two times a year and has been happening for 5 years. If I don't sleep correctly the next day is horrible. After grocery shopping today I found your video and it definitely helps thank you so much for posting this. Happy Holidays.

      Brigette Dusack You are welcome. If you will read the comments by others, like @user/Chickee, who had a had a similar problem to yours with a "pinched nerve in the C6 &C7 vertebrae," you will get inspiration and understanding on how to heal your problem. Also, find some time to practice some of the other videos I posted. This will improve your circulation, reduce tension, and give you a greater ability to relax. Please feel free to let me know if you want more help. or want to report on your progress.
      I wish you great success,

    I'm excited to see if this works..ive been suffering for over 20 years with neck pain and it does effect all the areas you mentioned..this helps me to understand what some of my problems are..breathing has been one of them sometimes I can't breath on my own ..I have to force my lungs to work..my neck is killing me right now..wearing a ice pack as I watch this...hope it works

    • @YogaNorman
      @YogaNorman  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      HI Traci, I recommend that you read all of the comments here to get the best advice on how to heal your neck pain.
      Also, try this without an icepack. I have never advised that method. Neither do I suggest that a person take aspirin or any other pain killer while practicing this technique. The reason is that one of the main ways that make this method work is that you listen to your own body and learn from the feedback, so we don't want to dull the sensations or slow the circulation.
      As you will find in some of my comments here and on the video I advise that you practice in a way that does not cause pain. Move slowly, carefully, and gently with full attention as the way to the quickest healing.
      Please let me know if I may help you further.
      I wish you great success,
      Namasté,
      Norman

    Thank you for this video - I am young/old enough that I am just realizing that everything is not a competition, and that everything I do to my body should be gentle and with love. That said, I just had a really nice experience doing your video such that at the edges of the movement where in the past I would have been "trying" to "make progress" or "improve", instead I heard myself saying to myself "feel joy." At the edge of difficulty I would say "feel joy," and felt gentle and calm and energized and happy as I did the movements. That was a real breakthrough for me. Thank you.

    +searby1 As long as you move slowly, and gently in a way that doesn't aggravate your neck, you will be helping yourself. I suspect that your neck pain is the result of holding your neck in one position with tension for long periods while on your computer. What is needed now is a lot more movement to improve circulation which will improve healing and reduce the pain. You will also benefit from my "Hands, Shoulders, Upper Back, Chest, Wrists, Fingers" Video. If you go onto my SLYOGA website, you will get more help from my "How to Reverse the Negative Effects of Working on a Computer."

    I had problems with my neck and after following ur video I see huge changes in my problems.. Also is there any exercise to strengthen the neck muscles ..

Also your neck will get stronger naturally with this practice, and also if you practice more yoga postures with my other video clips and classes. After you practice enough to feel comfortable with my videos, let me know if you still want some specific help to strengthen you neck.

      Again thank you for all your help and your valuable time.

      Sreekuttan S RELAX & HEAL. Tension and Pain go together. Often when a person wants to get rid of pain, he or she will try to build up the muscles. But when you work the muscles, you create more tension, which means more pain, not less. What will heal your neck is to do these neck movements several times a day. Move slowly and gently through the full range of motion in order to loosen up your neck, improve circulation, and promote healing. Don't force, don't push, don't strain. Be Patient. Listen to what I teach on the video and read the comments after this video to see how others are succeeding.
      Think of the 83 year old man on the video who had almost no movement in his neck at all. He practiced these movements almost without a break and by the next day, he had full movement in his neck without pain.
      Badminton: If you feel or suspect that this is irritating your neck, lay off for a week or longer to see if it makes a difference.
      Practice with this video 4 to 5 or more times a day for 2 or 3 weeks and then I can suggest some other techniques.
      Namasté,
      Norm

    my atlas bone goes out A LOT! i have been seeing an atlas orthogonal chiropractor which sets me back in alignment but i want to be able to do this and heal myself. ShinySilverBunny i mean focusing on relaxting more than PUSHING as you said.. i have a tendency to push too much. i also have noticed from some body work that using the eyeballs can help increase range of motion as well but doing so naturally.. so patience indeed thanks for this.. that is the mindset i need.. patience but steady commitment to doing this daily

      ShinySilverBunny I am very happy to see how well you understand this. The main reason that many people fail to heal themselves with yoga is that they try to force progress. Hi Santosh,
    Whether or not you should do these movements, depends greatly upon how you do them.
    If you move gently and slowly with full awareness, you get a sense of how it feels. If the movements feel good to you and you have no pain later as a result of your practice, then you may find that you are promoting your self-healing.
    Very often when a person restricts movement, he also reduces circulation and healing.
    I wish you success,

    Hello, thank you for making this video. I have a question than I didn't find the answer during the look over the comments below. I started doing this excercises and i am very nauseaus after them. Do you think this is not the proper exercise for me? I have a lot of neck pain (like it is burning in my neck). Thank you for your feed back. Tian

    • @YogaNorman
      @YogaNorman  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Granat tim If you feel nausea, that means that you are stretching too hard and too far. This should not feel like a hard workout. This should be very relaxed, gentle and pleasant. Don't think that if it is easy, you are not getting enough benefit. The benefit comes from relaxing, loosening the muscles, improving circulation, and increasing the range of motion. With this healing occurs naturally.

      You do not need to stand to practice this. In fact, I think it is better to practice seated.
      Because everything is connected, practicing the video "Hands, Shouolders, Upper Back, Chest, Wrists, Fingers" will also help you to heal your muscle spasm problem.
      Also, practice frequently during the day for quicker results and relax the area.

    As long as you are playing football, there is no way that you "can prevent the soreness from ever happening."
    However, you can minimize the effects.
    You can reduce the degree and frequency of soreness by improving the flexibility of your neck, upper back and shoulders, as well as the rest of your body.

    Hi YogaNorman, thanks for your neck stretches! I have long standing problems with my neck that became worse when I strained it hitting my head two months ago. I have cervical vertigo/dizziness, but not so much neck pain. Do you also think your stretches are good for my symptoms? I just tried your stretches then and I felt more dizzy while doing them but do you think that would subside with more practice? Thanks! Laura

    • @YogaNorman
      @YogaNorman  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Laura Freeman It is very important that you learn how to do these movements correctly in a way that does not cause dizziness. Go very slowly, gently, and smoothly. Don't try to force progress. Be patient. If you still have dizziness, let that be a message to you from your body to take it easier.

      HI Murray, The focus for you is to practice with full attention as gently as possible. Often someone will say he cannot do this because it is too painful. When i get him to stop trying to force progress, relax, go slowly and gently, not only can he do it without pain, but usually he heals the pain himself. There are a lot of comments here but if you read them all, I am sure you will learn how to make your neck feel a lot better.

      Murray, Keep a positive attitude. I once had a man on disability with four fused vertebrae who regained almost total movement in his neck. His doctor said he didn't understand how this was possible. Scientist are discovering that humans have much greater potential for healing than we have ever imagined. Perhaps we cannot always get a complete healing or reversal, but in my experience we can always improve.

    Hello Norman! I found this video a month ago and I can say it's truly helping me. However, I have vertigo due to a really stiff neck and shoulders, I've try everything (I practise yoga and meditation every day) but the vertigo would not disappear, it's even affecting my mood and energy. What can I do?

    • @YogaNorman
      @YogaNorman  10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Andy Escudero Practice this video more frequently. Add my "Hands, Shoulders, Upper Back, Chest, Wrists, Fingers" video to loosen up your shoulders, and upper chest and back, since these are all connected, and affect the looseness of your neck. and the sense of vertigo. I have helped students to reverse vertigo with the "Legs-UP-the-Wall" pose, (Seach this on my website) when held for 15-30 minutes.
      Also, be very sure that you are not creating tension in your yoga practice. If you are practicing yoga everyday, as you said, you should be getting looser right along. And your vertigo should be reducing.
      I wish you success. Please let me know if you want more help.

    I had a fusion in my neck with a plate and screws 3 1/2 months ago. I have worse pain than before the surgery. I have been going to PT for 3 months 2-3 times a week. They do stim with heat, massage and some weight machines for my arms and neck no actual neck exercises.Anyy suggestions that will make this 24/7 pain get any better?

      To the extent that you can relax, you will not feel pain. This is a great yoga secret that very few people understand. RELAX and HEAL. This is why I teach people to do this very slowly and very gently. This is one of the hardest things for us to learn. It is very common to push and try to force progress. Do this with a light touch and listen to your body/neck. If you start to feel pain, stop and relax. Then try to make an adjustment that will allow you to move in such a way that you will reduce the pain. Then be patient. This is not easy when you have been trying to heal for 3 1/2 months and now are in "worse pain than before the surgery."
      Think about healing yourself with yoga. You can get a lot of inspiration and guidance by reading the comments of the others here who have succeeded with self-healing yoga.
      Please let me know if you have any questions or need more help.
      I wish you great success,
      Namasté,
      Norman

      +Fawzia Begum Anything that helps you to relax will also help you to reduce hypertension. So if you do these neck movements slowly, gently, without force in a way that is relaxing for you, then, yes, this should also contribute to your reducing your blood pressure. This is true of all yoga practices and all of my TH-cam video clips. Relaxation is also the key to reducing pain and promoting healing. If you are interested in this, you an learn a great deal by reading some of the more than 200 Comments here.

    I really love these exercises. I have c5, c6 compression and hence when I do the head rolls, I hear lot of grinding noises. Is that ok. More so on the left. Also my trapezius muscles are very tight and the neck stretches are good but I am worried I will damage when I hear the grinding sound. Is it ok if I continue these exercises

    • @YogaNorman
      @YogaNorman  10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Padma K, Just about everyone gets noise at some point. As you practice with this video you neck moves easier and you won't have the noise as often. (See other users" comments here.) I talk about this on the video. However, if you don't practice, your neck will get stiffer and tighter and you will hear more grinding noise. Be gentle and use commons sense. Don't force. Be patient and enjoy yourself.
      I wish you success, health and happiness,

      YogaNorman I wanted to provide an update. I have been doing these exercises and WOW, I can move my neck easily. There is no sign of pain. I am doing these whenever: watching TV, at a stop light. I still have some pain when doing the twist to the left side in the trapezius muscle. Please do provide exercises for the trapezius. Thank you. this is wonderful.

    I have numbing and tingling sensation on my left arms and legs for more than a month now. Few weeks ago, I have flare up of swollen left knee after a walk and had happened 3 times so far. What is the cause and are there exercises to improve all these conditions?

    • @YogaNorman
      @YogaNorman  10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Crista. I don't know what the cause of your conditions is. Since these sensations are on your left arm and leg, perhaps you should see a medical doctor to get his opinion on your heart and circulatory system. Meanwhile, these neck movements should help, as well as the other videos, like "Knee Healing," that I have on my YogaNorman Channel. For a lot of FREE HELP with your swelling knee, go to "Reduce & Heal Your Knee Pain" on my slyoga website. Also, you might get some inspiration to practice by reading all the "Comments" here by people who have improved similar conditions as yours.

      Thank you. Your neck exercise did help me and I hope the knee healing exercise will too. I have checked with medical doctor, everything is fine and blood work is good. My next option is to see a neurology doctor to get his opinion. Or maybe acupuncture can help too and that would be great!!

      Crista Tay I am happy to hear that these neck movements have helped you. You will also get benefit from my "Hands, Shoulders, Upper Back, Chest, Wrists, Fingers" video. Keep practicing the neck movements and you will find your arm will feel better. In the comments below, emptyheedonabike said,
      "For a few weeks I have what I thought was a trapped nerve either side of my elbow on my right arm.
I now intend to look through the rest of your videos."

    Hello YogaNorman. I am 23 years old and have been seeing a chiropractor since about the age of 13 for my chronic neck pain. The pain in my neck generally results in tension headaches that no amount of stretching can reduce. I tried your video for the first time a 3 days ago, and was unable to flex or extend my neck at all the next 2 days due to the pain/tightness. I just completed this video again, and am now in a lot of pain and again unable to move my neck. Do you think with more practice this pain will go away, or do you recommend no longer practicing this video? I also just tried your video for hands, wrists, shoulders and back video after I completed this one and found it very uncomfortable in my neck to raise my shoulders to my ears. Thank you!!

    • @YogaNorman
      @YogaNorman  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mackenzie Hoffman If this technique gives you more pain, you are not doing it correctly. In order for this to help you, you have to be very gentle, move very slowly, be very patient, and practice in a way that does not create pain. The biggest hinderance to success in using yoga for self-healing is that a person pushes herself trying to force progress instead of letting progress evolve naturally from a slow, gentle practice. Remember: Yoga does not cause pain. Practicing Yoga incorrectly causes pain. Why not take your time and learn how to do yoga correctly so that you can enjoy your own self-healing?
      My videos "Self-Heal Your Back Pain Yoga Parts 1, 2, & 3" will help you get the proper attitude and "feel" for practicing pain free yoga. Also, reading the comments about others success will inspire you to your own success.
      Please let me know if you want more help.
      Namasté,
      Norm

      YogaNorman, Thank you so much for your response. Is it possible that moving my neck through all of the ROM's could cause pain and soreness the next day from not using these muscles regularly? I usually do not feel pain during the video itself, it usually is when I wake up the next morning that the pain is present. To me, it almost seems similar to doing a hard workout and not being able to use those muscles properly the next day. I am very hopeful that, like other exercises, if I keep doing these exercises a few times per week that eventually my muscles will not experience so much pain after, and my neck will be stronger overall!

    • @YogaNorman
      @YogaNorman  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Mackenzie Hoffman Hi Mackenzie. Your first goal should be to learn how to do these movements correctly. Your pain comes from pushing and forcing when you need to be relaxing. If you are doing that here with yoga, there is a good chance that you are doing this in other areas of your life. If you will learn how to do yoga correctly, you will be able to apply this to other challenges in your life, like emotional issues.
      I have students in their 80s who do these 5 and more times a day, everyday, to heal neck injuries and loosen up stiff necks. How do you know when you are doing this correctly? You are doing these correctly when your pain goes down, when your neck gets looser, and when you feel like it takes almost no effort at all to do it. You will keep feeling better and better.
      So Mackenzie, you have two choices:
      1. You can say yoga doesn't work for you and walk away from it hoping that by chance you will find some solution to your problems. or
      2. You can hang in there, learn how to practice yoga correctly, and experience a victorious spirit as you enjoy/reap the unlimited benefits of yoga.
      I wish you great success,
      Blessings & Namasté,
      Norm

  • @YogaNorman
    @YogaNorman  9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    ***** As long as you practice gently, without trying to force progress, the more frequently you practice the better. You will know that you are practicing correctly when you have no pain from your practice and your neck will feel looser and more relaxed as a result. When I do private therapy with a person, I will tell her not to take any pain medication before our session (the opposite of what many therapists advise) so that she will feel how to practice without causing more pain. This is a learning process that leads to self-healing. If you read the comments for others, you will learn that it works and be inspired for your own self-healing.
    Let me know if I may help your further.
    Blessings and Namasté,
    Norm

    Hi I have had chronic neck pain for 29 years - I have achieved some relief through manipulation but never long term pain relief. My question is if the joint is jammed up (I believe my C1 or C2 left side is jammed) will these movements release joint? From reading your comments I get the impression if I do these exercises gently that I will get benefit? I have been doing them but my neck still feels tight up the top of my neck and into occiput area. I'm worried I may do more damage! Thanks

    • @YogaNorman
      @YogaNorman  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tracey Williams Hi Tracey. When you have had neck pain for 29 years, it can be very hard to believe that you can get better. From football injuries I had lower back pain for more than 20 years and neck pain even longer. I healed my lower back with yoga and my neck pain became more bearable. but I still I wasn't pain free until I discovered and practiced these neck movements. Think that if I can do it so can you.
      Then realize that although we are often taught that our bodies are like inert mechanical machinery, the truth is that our bodies are made up of living cells which are constantly renewing and repairing. If a bone breaks, it can heal. Shouldn't the neck be able to heal also?
      I once had a student who was on disability income because his neck was fused in two places. After several months of yoga his doctor was puzzled that he was able to move his head like anyone else. And he was pain free.
      If you are still wondering if you should practice this, I suggest you read all of the comments. Right now there are more than 180 comments by viewers and almost an equal number by me explaining how to heal yourself. This will answer your questions and doubts,
      I wish you great success and Namasté,
      Norm

      Tracey Williams That's the right attitude. The more frequently you practice the sooner you will get results. Be gentle, move slowly with awareness in a way that doesn't cause more pain. It may take a while to get the right touch/feeling in your practice, so be patient. Then let me know if I may help you further.
      Yogananda and other great yogis teach that as we expand consciousness, we begin to realize that the only limitations we have are the ones we put on ourselves.

      Hi Cin M. First, be very gentle, move slowly, and practice in a way that does not create any pain. Then the more frequently you practice, the better and sooner the results. However, you shouldn't feel tired from your practice, Instead, you should feel like you are loosening up the neck to a better flow of energy.

      YogaNorman Thank you so much for your reply. All the other exercises I have seen for the bulging disc are of the type where I pull my chin in and back. RhNegtiv I have learned in my more than 40 years of practicing and teaching yoga that we have a much greater ability to heal and rejuvenate than we have been led to believe. So many people who come to me are ones who have been told that they can't get any better. The truth is that our bodies are in a constant state of rejuvenating. See "Fibromyalgia Healed" on my slyoga website.
      The great yogi, Paramahansa Yogananda, has said, "The only way you can fail is by giving up." So with commitment and regular practice, I think you will be surprised by how much progress you will make with yoga.

    You are very welcome.
    Is there some activity that is causing you Tension and Pain?
    Yoga can help you learn to relax.
    Notice that the way that I help people with pain is by having them move slowly and gently. Never push into pain and make more pain. The way that I teach a person to move on my Videos is the way I teach all my yoga classes.
    It will probably help you to do the "Self-Heal Your Back" VIDEOS Parts 1, 2, 3 to learn how to heal your pain.
    Keep trying and you will succeed,
    Norman

    On my YogaNorman Channel go to my video called "Hands, Shoulders, Upper Back, Chest, Wrists, Fingers." You will get more movements that will help your Trapezius and Neck. Do both of these videos for a few days and you will probably have less pain and feel better. Then if you want more help, let me know and I will put another video on here that will give you more movements to reduce the pain.
    I wish you success,
    Norman

    1. You can do this after food and many times a day. The more that you do it, the sooner the healing. However, never create pain in your practice. See my advice comment to TheAWESOMO619.
    2. My "Self-Heal Your Back Pain" videos will help you understand how to reduce pain and do yoga without creating pain and aggravating the condition. Move very slowly and gently.
    Do at least the first part to 5:50 of my "A Very Slow, Very Easy Yoga Sun Salutation."
    I wish you success,
    Namasté,
    Norm
