So I have been having a bunch of problems with my computer and editing software but after 400hrs of editing (started in October) the video is finally done. There were a total of 8 cameras, 4TB of footage, and for whatever reason my supercomputer kept crashing. I am happy to say this one is done and now onto the DIY!!!! The 7th annual Christmas Gift Idea video is in a few days so stay tuned!!
346 laps stands for 3 series E46, that's the perfect number! In my opinion, this is the best spirit in facing a race, and this is the best kind of races: normal cars with a thorough tuning, amateur pilots, very nice people all around. We want to see more! Thanks a lot
I know this video is over a year old, but it is definitely inspirational. I started with the stripping and weight reduction of the bmw and learned a ton. This little series was so entertaining and has inspired me to look into this sport and maybe someday participate myself. Racing is a dream of mine and seeing you guys as new racers go onto the track and kill it show that anything is truly possible if you put enough effort into it. Amazing video, amazing channel!
@@YOURBODYGUARD69 I think because people don't want to show their face (for example: Marshmello), then go out in public and someone makes a scene like "OH MY GOD IT'S [insert name here]!!" then next thing you know there's a lot of people swarming them, this is just a guess though, I know I'd hide my face for this reason, that way I'd be able to go out in public without needing to keep a low profile and try not to draw attention yk?
Advices for the pit stops: The driver that is going to step in should be already prepared before the car even enters the pit lane. As for the fuel, try fitting a transparent fuel tank with a bigger refill hole and use more powerful pumps. Every 3 hours check the brakes, especially the pads, brake fluid check is also advised. During repairs (like the throttle thing) check tire's pressure and adjust it. Advices in general: Try to not rev the car at its maximum, keep it 2k rpm lower than red line. Do some lift and coast to preserve fuel and in medium - high speed corners try to stay lower on rmps to use less fuel as possible
The driver changes take a lot due to checking the car so that's what needs to be faster and not the drivers swapping. Do you really think 15 minutes is a time during which one driver is getting the perfect position on the racing seat?
Yea i didnt get why the drivers didn't leave there racing suits on when I watch the 24 hours of le mans or the other ones they are already set to hop in!
As a GT3 mechanic and pit crew you guys did great. One thing that will help with driver changes is using surgical tubing and ty wraps to the belts that will pull them back out of the way once you unlatch them. Great work, great attitude and congrats on making it the distance.
@@chrisfix we also use magnets for the right shoulder strap to attach up to the rollbar next to the rearview mirror. Additionally a Velcro plate fixed up to the top of the rollbar as a failsafe. The surgical tube gets fixed to the left lap belt, crotch belt and another on the right lap belt to pull it back and out of the way as soon as the driver unlatches the belts it will pull them out of the way. I will send some photos to you or upload a video walking through it along with some other tips for pitstop efficiency. Keep up the great videos, love the channel.
@@chrisfix I tried to post a link to a tutorial for this, but these fucking youtube cunts deleted it. Just search for surgical tubing and racing belts.
Get the M3 fuel tank baffle and you'll be able to run the fuel much lower without starvation issues. Also for a 2 day race, change the oil after day one and the break down wont be an issue if its not against the rules. Congrats btw and what a comeback year!
Ya, or even just adding some oil stabilizer would help if for, for some unfathomable reason, an oil change is against the rules. But I can't see why it would be, if blowing the motor and replacing the whole thing is acceptable lol.
As a 3 series owner I shed a few tears witnessing how much of a beating this beast of a car can take. Thank you for making such a wonderful content. My at-home car mechanic adventure started with your channel!
Driving at 120 mph is insane, I cant believe you are moving that fast. It looks not that intense on camera, but if you were actually in that car you would be experiencing a CRAZY ride.
The second Miata contact wasn't anything you could fix; he came in hot and he either slow down or didn't want to. He might be working out some daddy issues. I did SCCA, 20 and 30 minute races, never got to do a long race. Good job.
I disagree, I think the Miata is just able to brake much later being so light, so even though it seems the BMW is ahead at the start of the turn the Miata is alongside in the corner. Not blaming the BMW driver, but these two cars have vastly different performance.
@@LiamDennehy I agree 100% with the Miata being able to brake later, IMO he dove in too late. If he had been alongside (at least front wheel to front door) before turn in, that would have been fine, BMW would/should have given him space. But in this case BMW should have gotten right of way, BMW was faster, the pass was going to happen anyways. Don't get me wrong I like so aggressive racing but I don't think it was appropriate for this kind of race.
Yeah... the BMW had that line and the miata was living in the vortex of danger. In the Miata's defense... I suppose it's possible he had a mechanical issue such as brake fade. At the end of the race a good bit of the cars are having some form of issue or another.
@Chrisfix I am a local driving instructor for people trying to learn proper racing etiquette, racing line, and car control. You guys did well, and the red Miata incident was due to that car braking too late and missing the racing line. He went inside and had about 5 mph too much speed. Once he missed the braking point he couldn't do anything about it. The car couldn't hold that inside line with the available grip, so as soon as he hit the rumble strip it unloaded that side of the suspension slightly. That put to much stress on the outer front tire and he understeered into you guys.
Came here to make this comment. He unfortunately got startled by them passing and just completely lost his braking point... I thought he had dove in but for that kind of race diving in shouldn't be an issue since everybody wants to make it to the end. Great advice Stigg!
@@dantonliam when you lose your braking point that badly you Slam on the brakes and understeer heavily into the Apex of the turn and you would collect everybody that’s in front of you when you do that
Hell yeah bro, it was great to ride along with the team and experience your comeback and finish under your own power. Can’t wait to see y’all return to the track.
I really dig the wholesome connections between rivals. Rather than trying to pretend like everyone's your enemy, you're friendly and not trying to make people feel inferior. Just some good ol' racing. I would've loved to try this out!
It's fun because at the end of the day we are all out here having a good time. It's not like there is a big cash prize up for grabs. It is just bragging rights if you win. So everyone is out there to help each other. Lots of fun!
@@chrisfix I can imagine! I love how you cheer on the less fortunate gang that ended up like you did last year. I really hope we get to see them finish and make their comeback like you did! Looking forward to next race already. Keep it up ❤️
Awesome to see it running again! Can't believe it was 4 Terabytes of video and 400 hours of video editing. I really appreciate the effort recording this and editing it for us!
I thought the same thing, felt like I just saw the videos for the last race recently. This has been a very interesting series, Chris really knocked it out though, both as a mechanic and video producer.
Racing is certainly fun, but people underestimate the toll it takes on both your body and your mind, especially endurance racing! You guys did a fantastic job out there. Respect for how much time, effort, and preparation you put into the entire event.
At a guess, the lightweight Miata believed they could outbreak the BMW and get onto the inside line, forcing you to the outside. Having said that, from the rear footage it looks as though the BMW had already started turning meaning the Miata had to leave space rather than crossing your racing line.
It’s nice to see Chrisfix and his crew have fun with the entire endurance race without having to break down severely and get towed. Watching this entire video makes me wanna participate in endurance race as well.
Omg the whole event is just hilarious. The inspector in the funny outfit, the guy in charge, the penalties.... This is exactly what i am looking for, the video made me wanna take part there so bad. Looks like so much fun with great people ! *Edit:* Damn those Miatas 🤣
Such a great gesture of humanity, he waited for the other driver's Thumbs before getting back in track, after an accident which seemed like miata driver's mistake!
The thing that I absolutely love about this channel is how much work ChrisFix and his team that dedicate their time to show us how cars work, and how to fix it, let‘s try to help him reach 100 million subs!
Huge congrats to you Chris, and to the amazing and supporting team you have. I watched every second of the video, and it's one of the most enjoyable 30 minutes of my year for sure. I got moved to tears, just out of sheer happiness. Many, many more years of success my YT friend. I miss PA!
I’m guessing those front runners in each class are there mainly because they’re so efficient. No penalties, minimal pitting, and few mistakes. I’ll bet you guys can get there with experience!
I would love to see a full price breakdown for what it costs to run a season of lemons. espeically because the 500$ does not include things like safety items, wear items like tires and brakes, and all those little stuff that add up
The entry fee per event is $1600 now lol. TH-camrs have ruined the event, it’s no longer cheap to do. I seriously doubt you could do a single event for $5k
Unless you already own a mechanic shop, it’ll cost an easy $10k-$20k to get started racing like this. You need a truck, trailer, full tool kit, and almost every spare part you can think of.
@@lockdownhamzaAnd popularity is a bad thing? Whatever happened to passion hobbies? If someone's passionate about something, you'd think they'd be ecstatic that more people are trying it. People who complain about that aren't passionate, they're just elitists.
We need to thank Chris's mom for making such an amazing person and racer. Thank you for all your amazing content and hours of entertainment and knowledge you have provided
28:10 I believe that you guys were fine, that’s the expected line I would have predicted too. I believe the Miata probably mistook the distance and braked late or was trying to sneak into the inside where there wasn’t space
Agree - the MX5 (sorry, Brit here 😁) was in the wrong, you had the corner by a mile. Ultimately, though, just a racing accident. I do feel it was deeply unfair that you had to take a "4 wheels off the track + collision" penalty for something that a) wasn't your fault, and b) the driver at the time was doing the sensible thing & checking the car was still driveable before returning to the track. IMHO Lemons should look at a rule change there.
@@theelectricmonk3909 Yeah that penalty isn’t deserved in my opinion. For something that’s not your fault and for ensuring the safety of yourself and the fellow drivers I think the 10-20 second time loss from going off track is more than sufficient. Rules are rules though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
i am not sure by that - i understand both. The BMW lifted way too early with having a car this close behind them. I know it's an endurance race, but still, you've got to expect that if you lift off that early in a corner with someone not that far back, they might send it. But yeah, the miata was a lot slower anyway and they would probably get passed on the first opportunity, so it was very unnecessary by them.
I'm a BMW E46 3series old tie model (2001) owner and love her like crazy and was cheering yours on cheering so loud my neighbours could probably hear me, fabulous job on the prep, fantastic driving, awesome teamwork and camaraderie and all for a superb charitable cause! God bless you all! Love from me in Malaysia ❤ (ps. I'm a woman 😊 )
Immense Respect to the whole team and ChrisFix himself. Can't believe its been a year since the previous race. Happy to see the car doing wonders this time.
Except you should expect the car infront to take the shortest distance possible.. the car behind has to brake unless it's unreasonable to. In this case the miata is at fault for not braking early enough@@JasRoss
@@JasRossThey had about 4-5 car lenght lead, Miata didn't even attempted to follow the angle of the corner or get on the candy stripes to avoid the collision. If he can't even handle a Miata to avoid collision, he shouldn't be participating.
So know we get a dent removal video, tie rod replacement video, AND a rim buff out video … can’t wait! Great job on keeping that beast on the track. I had no idea the $500 endurance cars pushed so far over 100mph continuously … btw, great job editing … watched the vid … never got dull.
Oh wow. You really have talent as a race driver. 1.48 WITH bent tie rod. Shows how you instictively adapt your driving style to the minute changes in the car. This could be start of Chrisfix racing program! :)

And we can all appreciate how Chris was able to maintain is anonymity while registered with the Witness Protection Program throughout the entirety of the video! Great job masked man!
I've literally been waiting for this ALL YEAR! Every since you blew up the engine last year I wanted you guys to do well so bad, and you did! Good job guys!
me too i was sad to hear abt it since it isnt an often thing for Chris to be racing but when i saw the video about them preping the car for the race i got so exited
congratulations on that victory! and the ending "no matter how badly you failed at something, if you really want it don't give up. learn from those mistakes and come back stronger next time. It'll make that victory even more special" left me with a really positive motivation.
Oh man, that looked like so much fun! I was meant to race with a team several years back, but couldn't swing it financially at the time. I really wish I could've now. Congrats to the Chris fix, b is for build, and rich rebuild teams!
I absolutely love your positive attitude. Nothing unfortunate turns you away or keeps you from your goal. The positivity you spread about your competition, your humility; your just an overwhelmingly humble person. Congratulations to you and your team. I hope you guys do this again next year! I love your videos!
dang. this looks good to watch. I'm very satisfy with the results. my heart pumped on every each scenario on this episode. great to see all team mates working together to achieve better results from before. hope to see another episodes on this endurance race next year ! cheers Chris! all the best on your team!
Track Addict has a feature where you can set pit speeds, and it will flash/yell at you when you are exceeding it - a good reminder for when you pit while being too excited :) Awesome video, awesome time, thanks for posting! Oh, regarding the rear contact with the red Miata, IMO, it was his fault, not your guys. It's always the responsibility of the overtaking car to ensure a safe and clean pass. Your guy did that in the straight, just before corner entry, with a good gap. The Miata essentially tried to late-brake you guys, but you were already cutting in toward the apex. Typically, if the other car was alongside your guy BEFORE the corner entry, then you would have had to give him the inside or else make contact. He tried to get alongside you by late-braking too close to comer entry IMO. At that point, he was attempting a pass, and failed to ensure it happened safely and cleanly. He either went in a little too hot, wasn't paying attention, or was pissed at getting passed.
You guys did so well! Seeing you’s finish this race after all the hard work on and off the track had me all choked up. No doubt next year will be better again and I’ll be waiting for that video as-well. Much love from down under…Australia! 🇦🇺 - Sebastien Rogers
Thank you for all your content that you produce for us, Mr Fix. You are giving us documentary level content, so I just want you to know how much it is appreciated. Also, I ran my first season of motorcycle drag racing this year at Brainerd Motorsports park.. and even though I did terrible, I learned a lot and I am going to get back out there next season and thanks to you I am inspired to make content with it.
You might have done terrible to your standards but think of all the people who didnt try because they were too afraid to do terrible. You're one step ahead! Plus improving is all the fun. If you just did well, that would not be any fun lol
Wow, the video editing and story was superb. There was not a single boring moment. I was glued to the story the entire time! Thanks for all the knowledge you've shared over the years, and I'm glad you guys had fun with this race!
This is legit so awesome man. Chris your the best man im super happy that your car survived and didn't blow up!!!. Keep up the good work man. We all are here to support you no matter what.
What a cool experience. Congratulations to the team for finishing and performing so well. What also comes through all that footage is that while everyone is competing, it really seems like a nice community. Great job.
I have been following your channel for a while now (because I was from NJ too) and did some car repairs on my own all because of your channel and I am really happy to see your team's soapy water success. I caught myself smiling seeing your team cross the checkered flag. Good job Chris! And great stuff with your charity donation!
That is beautiful story of that Lemon's BMW. I almost drop a tear many times in this video but the most beautiful view where when BMW were driving on the trailer with own strength. The Engine looks very healthy! Wow. And runs amazing. I can't wait for next year race!
Hey man, for me it was more of an opportunistic move from the miata but its a really easy mistake to make. Almost everyone does it once in their life. Congratulations for the race great job from all of you
Looked to me like they just missed the braking point. If it was intentional then it was a massive lunge from way too far back. Not cool in any race, especially not an amateur one.
Hey Chris, I hope you will read this, but thanks for the hard work, I recently saw the podcast of you. I know how hard it is and you are dedicated to get the maximum out of your videos to entertain us as much as possible, but most importantly, you teach us as much as possible and with every experience. I know how much time it takes to get a video edited how you want it. I had it with my projects, 3 min what took me over 5 months because it wasnt good. Not just your hard work, but also your attitude. Walking up the stairs, to donate $5000. Shows how wonderful you are. Your goal of having views is great, and your personality does not change. Alot of youtubers TH-camrs change as person just because they know they make a dime. Thank you Chris. You just don't teach people, and help people. But for all the effort you want to put in your videos just to keep us informed and entertained :) Now I will sit down and enjoy watching this video. And Can't wait for the Christmas gift ideas :)
I had nearly the exact same gas pedal issue on my 98 M Roadster during a track day at the Utah Motorsports Campus. Zip ties also saved the day! Seeing this made me feel better about my track day fix. Thanks for showing this!
The amount of dedication, passion, work and overall joy is truly inspiring! It felt so good to watch this series of your adventures, and congrats for all of your team! Great job and all the best in the future! :D
This video is very motivating! "NEVER GIVE UP AND GET DISAPPOINTED JUST TRY TO DO BETTER NEXT TIME WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE" was the vibe I was looking for

Awesome race guys! You all were very close lap times, good driver roster there. The accident: There is no track where the red car could’ve make the turn at that speed, his braking point was to short, there was no way he could make the apex in the inside line at that speed. What your driver could have done is to leave the room at the apex or look at his side mirror before turning onto the apex. Those are hard because could’ve been also that the other driver didn’t know the limit of his car. Probably not even a wide line would’ve avoided the accident. Either way awesome job!
To be honest, the crash with the red miata was completely the miata's fault. Bmw was on the raceline and way in front while entering the corner, the miata driver should've known that he couldn't make that corner, while approaching a corner with 2 cars, the one in front whilst entering has the right to stay on the raceline, the other driver HAS to brake and leave space
I couldn't agree more. Solid analysis. In more stricter rules of racing, the red car would've been called in for a penalty if stewards were present to perform a live analysis and deem the driver of the red car at fault.
Amazing video and it's great to see that none of you gave up and kept going strong throughout the whole 2 days of racing. Also I know that you've had bad luck with Vegas crashing while editing a video, it's the software and it's amazing how many times it failed, you still managed to put the video up! Proud of you all!
I don’t watch a lot of Chris fix anymore especially since highschool but this man has my upmost respect💪🏽 a great dude raised right. Or as my mother would say “Un Caballero”
Great editing (problems included). As someone who raced many, many, moons ago. Back in my 20's. Each & every one of you did a fantastic job of clean racing. That Miata, was nowhere near your "B" pillar. So underestimated himself bigtime and deserved a penalty too match. Overall... Well done! And with a little fine tuning. I expect a podium finish next year! =D
Here your bumper needs to hit their front door for it to be "overlap" and it has to be done PRIOR to any steering input by the lead car. It's always the overtaking cars responsibility to pass safely though so it's 100% on the miata. The miata is 100% in the wrong for several reasons but dive bombing post steering input of the lead car instantly makes it 200% miatas fault. Quidk edit: We don't know the rules in this specific race but there's no way that's allowed in any racing series beyond rallyX or folkrace.
Being finally part of an endurance race team, especially in the driving strategy department of our team, I can completely understand the excitement of the race, being happy to see rivals by your side or behind and not in the pit, and all the pressure all around
Congratulations to the whole soapywooder team for completing the race without major setbacks, I hope that next year you guys will return home with the gold.
So proud of the soapy wooder team. You guys deserve this amazing finish. It was so awesome to watch this race through your pov and I hope you guys win next year👍
The red Miata was being to brave into the corner. You were ahead of him in the corner, and he thought he could take you on the inside. So its all his fault, because he was behind you, and he overdrove his abilities to overtake in a corner. Good video :)
Negative I was trying to follow him through and he took way too much apex unexpectedly We were back and forth all day between the miata and him. I thought he knew I would be there with how many times we pass each other Assumptions is what caused that accident
@@teknoprep What are you talking about? The red miata at 28:07 clearly was well behind you on the straight and dive bombed the inside of that corner right into your rear door/quarter panel. You COULD have left him more room (maybe), but that contact was completely his fault since he was STILL well behind you going into the corner.
@@teknoprep Sorry, now I get it - you're the driver of the red car. You're saying that you expected him to leave you some more room there because he would be familiar with the speed you could carry through that corner? I see how you might say that assumption hurt you, but in basic terms you overdrove the corner and hit his car from behind through the INSIDE of a corner. That's still 100% your fault. What is "too much apex"? He's out in front and clear of traffic, he's entitled to as much apex and whatever line variation he wants.
What a freaking comeback from last year :D Miata was totaly in the wrong, nothing wrong from your side. Love the ending, back to good ol' ChrisFix style again :D
Miata saw a gap but there was no way he could make that move. I would advise to be tighter on your race line so that you won't leave a gap for someone to shunt you like that.
As someone who participated in his first endurance race a year ago this month I can say this is an excellent video to show the highs and lows of the sport. It’s absolutely addicting (3 events complete so far!) and I’m already building a second car to go with the team car. As far as the contact is concerned there is a great video from Randy Pobst on the ChampCar channel about this exact thing. Essentially the Miata had the door closed on them on corner entry unexpectedly. Your driver thought they were clear and the Miata thought you would be taking a middle line leaving room and bang! Glad nobody was hurt. For anyone watching this, if you think you’d have fun TRY IT! Check the forums for Lemons, Champcar, and Lucky Dog. There are arrive and drive teams where you pay the car owner for a seat for the weekend. There is even a company that rents out the gear you need minus nomex socks (that’d be gross). This makes budget endurance racing “try before you buy” a totally possible proposition. Thank you Chris for exposing your audience to endurance racing. If you think you’d be intimidated please don’t let that stop you. The people I’ve met have been so inviting and helpful that it’s hard not to feel like a part of the family right away.
@@kwajtube For me, it looked like Garrett was ahead going into the corner, but left just enough room that the miata thought it could sneak in. As he turned more for the corner, the gap closed and that's when the contact happened. Someone's at fault but I don't know who
Trying to dive bomb a faster car in an endurance race seems pretty offside to me. Maybe if you’re racing for position that’s legit but totally unnecessary here imo.
@@droid1008 100% agree with the fact the miata is lighter and probs caught Garrett of guard. IMO the miata did enter "The Vortex of Danger" and while yes the miata could of possibly made it, the reponsibilty to SAFELY pass is the the passing driver.
About the Miata accident: you guys were ahead and completed the overtake, meaning there weren't any battles going on into the turn. The Miata was in the wrong, as his braking point was very late (my guess, idk if that's his normal BP) and probably focused on the BMW overtaking hin instead of his line and Breaking point.

Great race y'all! As far as the altercation with the red Miata, it doesn't look like you guys did anything wrong. They got greedy and braked late coming in instead of giving you space to take the inside line, even though you were a solid 3 lengths ahead by the time you hit the turn-in point and had completely overtaken them.
This is one of the best videos on youtube. Hands down! Very good team spirit, really wholesome rules of the contest, solid endurance testing and overall awesome attitude. :) Next year, I hope you guys win it!

As a GT3 mechanic and pit crew you guys did great. One thing that will help with driver changes is using surgical tubing and ty wraps to the belts that will pull them back out of the way once you unlatch them. Great work, great attitude and congrats on making it the distance.
Can you explain the surgical tubing more? I was thinking of magnets on the roof for the top 2 straps.

Get the M3 fuel tank baffle and you'll be able to run the fuel much lower without starvation issues. Also for a 2 day race, change the oil after day one and the break down wont be an issue if its not against the rules. Congrats btw and what a comeback year!
agree with the oil and filter change in between races. As for oil suggestion, Pennzoil is pretty good for the price as Honda Indy is using it.
Ya, or even just adding some oil stabilizer would help if for, for some unfathomable reason, an oil change is against the rules. But I can't see why it would be, if blowing the motor and replacing the whole thing is acceptable lol.
Even the M3's can suffer fuel starvation in a sweeping right-hand turn. It can be fixed with a more powerful transfer pump, or a surge tank.

Good job.
exactly, miata over cooked it, even leaving him more room would have just moved the accident further ahead.
I disagree, I think the Miata is just able to brake much later being so light, so even though it seems the BMW is ahead at the start of the turn the Miata is alongside in the corner. Not blaming the BMW driver, but these two cars have vastly different performance.
@@LiamDennehy The Miata is smaller and lighter, he had enough room, he came in hotter and failed to brake sufficiently to avoid contact.
Chris has a strong positive attitude and he shares to the whole team. Great team, great job, great video, great channel, you just great, Chris
Thanks a lot!
Sure looked intentional.
@@dantonliam when you lose your braking point that badly you Slam on the brakes and understeer heavily into the Apex of the turn and you would collect everybody that’s in front of you when you do that

Thanks a lot Mike!
As an e36 drift car owner I can attest to track days taking a toll. The exhaustion is wild after the day comes to an end and the adrenaline fades.
At a guess, the lightweight Miata believed they could outbreak the BMW and get onto the inside line, forcing you to the outside. Having said that, from the rear footage it looks as though the BMW had already started turning meaning the Miata had to leave space rather than crossing your racing line.

I believe that you guys were fine, that’s the expected line I would have predicted too.
I believe the Miata probably mistook the distance and braked late or was trying to sneak into the inside where there wasn’t space
Yeep i also agree with you..the driver in that miata was probably trying dive bombing mathod to get his position back
It was a late brake of the miata, the team did it very well.

Awesome race guys! You all were very close lap times, good driver roster there.
The accident:
There is no track where the red car could’ve make the turn at that speed, his braking point was to short, there was no way he could make the apex in the inside line at that speed.
@@DJAulix but he could not brake in time how would he avoid?
@@Number8forlife by braking sooner lol

The red Miata was being to brave into the corner. You were ahead of him in the corner, and he thought he could take you on the inside. So its all his fault, because he was behind you, and he overdrove his abilities to overtake in a corner. Good video :)
Negative
I was trying to follow him through and he took way too much apex unexpectedly
We were back and forth all day between the miata and him. I thought he knew I would be there with how many times we pass each other
Assumptions is what caused that accident

I'd also call it a no-fault racing incident, obviously the lighter miata was able to brake much later which caught garret off guard
How did the race experience go for you?
About the Miata accident: you guys were ahead and completed the overtake, meaning there weren't any battles going on into the turn. The Miata was in the wrong, as his braking point was very late (my guess, idk if that's his normal BP) and probably focused on the BMW overtaking hin instead of his line and Breaking point.
Man, what an incredible series. Just watch the whole thing and that was incredibly fun and engaging the entire time. Thank you again for being the best car channel on TH-cam, I know it's a ton of work and money but I really hope you guys race again 💯💯💯
Valvoline VR-1 is very popular in the rotary racing world. It holds up well to high rpm.
Great play-by-play editing! I am new to this stuff but, as usual, the organized attention to detail using a positive attitude made watching a suspenseful pleasure. Admirable teamwork over the long haul! 👍😁🎉✝️🙏👏👏👏❤️💐
25:40 that was an awesome save, you're getting really good at racing man.
25:09 "C. Fix"? imagine at the day he was born, " Mr and Mrs Fix, congratulations, it's a mechanic" 😭
This was a godly comeback!
I hope you keep on perfecting the car and we all hope to see you and others do their best!
Almost 10M! you definitely deserve it you are pumping more than half your life into these videos to help us
I bet he made youtube more money than jeff gordon
This is one of the best videos on youtube. Hands down! Very good team spirit, really wholesome rules of the contest, solid endurance testing and overall awesome attitude. :) Next year, I hope you guys win it!
I waited for this video for so long and it's finally here. I am watching you for 3 years right now and I am so happy for you and your team that you finished the race with 346 laps unlike last year.
Thanks a lot!!!
