What I mean is we are having development in our country so it takes patience these road development will not complete as we speak there is pipelines cables and other things that has to be put before asphalting can take place so it's not easy to be in traffic for long periods but if we want good infrastructure we have to exercise patience

A big colossal mistakes the government give in to have our local contractors involved in projected that they don't have a clue . It should just be given just to the Chinese and they chose to use local where they choose
