Just really weak stuff from two guys whose opinions I normally respect. I understand you have to tread lightly at this point, but to downplay the role sign stealing can play in the outcome of a game is absolutely baffling. They knew the plays based on scouting that occurred in a manner that was clearly against NCAA bylaws. Do you understand that they have been nearly 80% against the spread in conference games during the time this was happening? How is that not massively concerning to you, if not absolutely unacceptable? Do you really want to watch a sport where a team knows exactly what the other is going to do all the times? I personally believe they've had it out for Harbaugh for a long time due to his media persona and public popularity and he probably doesn't run in the right circles of the NCAA because he's done well in the pros. He simply doesn't care what any of the other coaches/officials think so now that he's doing even better than top 10 they are bringing the hammer down on him to get him out. If this goes through and they get Michigan for this, Harbaugh may leave for the pros, this might do it. The relevant NCAA rule is bylaw 11.6.1, which prohibits “off-campus, in-person scouting of future opponents (in the same season).” “employing or paying the expenses of someone else, including professional scouting services, to scout the opponent,”. So the tickets were paid for by an employee of Michigan, not the actual university, and the person recording was not a scout, professional scout, or a coach.
Look. Stallion was caught on the Central Michigan sidelines wearing their coaching garb, standing next to coaches, wearing sunglasses at a night game against Michigan State. Michigan played MSU and beat them 49-0.

The comparison to the Astros makes zero sense. if teams changed their signs every single game, and someone from Michigan was at a practice recording the new signs it seems very unethical but how is being at a game giving so much more of an advantage when you could just watch a team play all year and tv broadcasts show teams signs at least 3-4 times a game. by time they played someone like Ohio State, they could have most of their signs without ever doing something technically illegal. On campus scouting is illegal. Its about the integrity of the game. If you let this go, you just open up pandoras box. College should go to helmet audio.
It’s not about the integrity of the game at all. The rule was put in place because little schools complained they couldn’t pay for scouts like that the way big schools can. It has nothing to do with cheating. Nobody considers sign stealing to be cheating.

Caleb Williams have Lincoln Riley calling his plays how do he have a bad support system?
Wow, an Olga Korbut reference. We're dating ourselves a bit, aren't we Colin.
If this was Georgia you guys would have different attitudes
Hey Colon! Maybe Utah videotaped USC’s signs! How do you feel about that???
Why are you asking questions to someone's colon?
Colin has been right on the Michigan thing this whole time, ALL TEAMS STEAL SIGNS!! Who gives an F of the method of stealing signs, if stealing signs is not against the rules!
Who needs a scholarships? If you get game tape of two conference foes playing you can only watch one of teams.
Caleb Williams Brock bower Marvin Harrison and Ollie Gordon are game breaker dudes
Gordon won't get talked about because Oklahoma State sucks but he is a beast
I swear Colin and Joel do not like each other LOL. But I think it’s just a brother-teases-brother type of relationship they have.
That’s just how guys interact that are close friends
Kyle whitingham top 3 coach in the nation.
Utah is underrated every year.
every week Colin asks Joel if he needs a spotter, who is Joels spotter ect...
Flexible morality.😂😂😂 Sounds funny, but worthy of judgement. But I love that he's honest about that. Most folk ain't.
In Utah it's illegal to play in mud puddles on Sunday. I don't know who does that, but it's a law
Colin: "There are no absolutes."
Can you say that absolutely?
Big noon just needs to dump Urban......he consistently has bad takes and beyond that he is just a sleezly guy
We dont eat meatloaf 😂
And Notre Dame held Marvin Harrison jr to 3 receptions for only 32 yards! Egbuka had only 7 receptions for 96 yards! That Notre Dame defense is fantastic! If Notre Dame didn’t lose to Louisville they’d be at the #5 spot looking in. They held Ohio State the entire game until that last second at the 1 yard line! Sick of Notre Dame not getting credit when it’s due. Notre Dame now at 7-2 obliterated Pittsburgh……. They should be back in the top 10 after that game
Quit defending Harbaugh and Michigan Colin. This is no different than Bill Bellicheat if the allegations are true.
They broke rules. The question isn't whether the rule is good.
Psu vs osu was a pillow fight with 2 over hyped QBs. Michigan will run a train on both of them
Why isn’t JOEL KLATT a coach ❓
Because it's not for everyone. Huge fan of the Klattster!
