2012 CHEVROLET IMPALA 3.6L (LFX) Keeps Setting P0446..."the rest of the story"

- A farm vehicle with a completely plugged up EVAP Charcoal Canister that kept flagging a MIL: P0446 for the EVAP Vent Control Solenoid Circuit Performance, with a long crank time, and hard to fuel condition.
Also, this took out the EVAP Purge Solenoid Valve - from too much Fuel Tank pressure with nowhere else to go; which was flooding the engine through the Intake Manifold and causing a long crank time on cold startups.
