How To Set A Rolex Sky Dweller | Steel Blue Dial

You made a complete mess of the GMT. You set the reference time first by moving the minute hand, which also moves the inner ring. You set this to the downwards arrow at 12 o’clock. Then you set the local time by moving the hour hand only. That way you will always see your local time vs ref time. Note, the difference needs to be in whole hours as the minute hand needs to be same on local and ref times.
