- Good day to all!
Im gonna sharing you now how i make boiled icing. This is my usual icing i made to cover my cake. This recipe is so much cheaper that the other icing that has a lot of ingredients. But this is so much fit on you budget so i called it commercial icing.
This tutorial is again a step by step so that you can follow the flow on how i made it..So if you have question just comment down below and i will answer it as i can.
This recipe can cover 2 cake of 10 x 3 size.

I am not a Chef, I am not a good Baker, I am not master of any dessert making and most I am not a master of any cake decorating. This video is showcasing only how i made/design the cakes/desserts with my own style and perfection.

Ingredients:
4 egg white (large)
2c white sugar
3/4c water
1/3tsp cream of tartar
procedure:
1. cook the sugar syrup until caramilize in low flame.(note: notice it, dont leave the caramel on its first boil).
2. when its boiling start beating the egg white into medium high speed.
3. when the egg white is already steaf peak you may now gradually pour the syrup. Beat it in 5 to 7 minutes.
4.You've notice the glossiness of the icing when its done. Do not overmix.

after syrup make it, can wait a little bit to cool? or after ready direct to slowly mix to egg? coz I try to make it the result down my icing is like a going to liquid.
hello, once you reach the exact temperature of the syrup, pour it immediately to beaten eggwhite slowly, its liquidy maybe because your syrup is not fully cooked. ty
Gusto ko itry gumawa ng icing cake ang ginagawa konlang kasi cake lang .ito napaka mura ang sangkap sa icing .itry ko pag uwi ko nag pinas sa birthday ng mga anak jo. Salamat po

Beautiful. How long can it stay on cake and how do i preserve it and whats the shelf life?
It can stay longer. I can’t tell the exact number of days but I tried all the measurements of her recipe, it is still stiff even upto 4 days. Room temperature.
@@thaliamagat so it doesnt need to be refrigerated?
Dana Attieh under room temperature, it can survive without direct heat from the sun. But putting it in the refrigerator can give a fresh effect or it’s still looking fresh. ☺️ it also helps when delivering the product. It doesn’t melt

Hi, thank you for the recipe. I tried with half measurements ..... It tastes good, however it's not holding stiff peak. It's in drip constituency. Where did I go wrong? As I didn't have cream of tartar I used lemon juice. Please advice.

@@kennethgatdula601 hindi mag goglossy at mag stiff peak ng husto kuya kung hindi tama yung consistency ng syrup. Or else magtutubig yung boied icing kapag tumagal.

You can also use vinegar instead of cream of tartar 😊

Please vinegar is it white or brown how manytbsp, no icing sugar added to the boiling icing?
@@elizabethnanaabaessandoh6295white. 1/4 tbsp. No icing sugar, the sugar is in the syrup you made at the start.

Ang galing talaga. Bago lang ako nagta try mag bake. Minsan parang na di disappoint ako kase bakit parang hinde ko ma pa stiff peak yung icing ko. Pero hinde pa rin ako susuko kase hilig ko talaga.
