Why do we need to create different password? I guess, using the same gmail and password should work. Also Can I use the same sender address via java email code? I want to use it for automation.

It works the same way, just that you need access to the DNS settings of the domain

No effect
ofc it will, but it can be reconfigured. you'll need to connect cloudflare to your hosting provider.

Yes, I'm facing the same problem, I connected my domain provider (hostinger) to Shopify store by changing A1 and one another server after that my mails are not being routed to desination email address.

this message at hosting page ....... Your domain is not pointing to Hostinger. To manage DNS records, change your nameservers to Hostinger's

You might have changed something in the DNS settings that might've caused this. Check for www (CNAME) and @ (A) records if it is correctly pointed towards where you're website is hosted

great but the sending limit depends on the Gmail smtp and it is mostly for inquiries not for sending

Hey! Thanks for asking, I don't think you can change the profile picture on individual addresses as it is not a gmail address and is just using gmail for forwarding the mails.

Not working here. There was a page of "MX records" which I did not set up. I know nothing about all this. I just followed this video. I have no website, I bought a domain from godaddy and used that in the process. Please help
Hey! You don't need a website for this to work. So once you buy the domain from godaddy, you have to change the nameservers on godaddy to connect it with cloudfare, you can follow this for it (artstorefrontssupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033747991-How-To-Change-Your-Nameservers-from-GoDaddy-to-Cloudflare).
Once this is done, you then have to go to your website on cloudfare -> Emails -> And then follow this video to set it up. Make sure the first part of receiving mails is working before jumping to the next step of sending out mails.

This first part was not working, sending emails. I've removed my site (domain name) from cloudflare and restored default nameservers on GoDaddy. I'm gonna follow your video again from the start. If it doesn't work, I'll report.

hey hi, great content ali. But i purchased my domain and web hosting services from wix. When I go to DNS records, then to nameserves, it says "NS records are not editable". What to do?

Actually your email will be very like moved into spam folder because this function does not support Dkim signature which is commonly used for email provider to determine whether an email address is registered with a suspicious or legit account
is there any workaround it, so that emails do not go to spam
I've sent various emails using this, it hasn't gone to spam, at max it goes to promotions tab. I think if you're doing domain warming it won't go to spam

No it doesn't unless you change DNS settings of CNAME or A records of www or the one that's pointing to your main site

Yes and getting business emails through this is FREE it's not even a freemium model where you pay for some extra services, this method is completely FREE
As for the domain yes you need to pay for the domain but this video assumes that you have got your domain already this is just about business emails not free domains
