I’m having an issue with my Google Workspace Business Starter plan. I’m on the monthly flex option and should be able to add up to 300 users, but I get an error when trying to add the 21st user. Would really appreciate it if you can guide me on how to fix this!

I'm not sure which app you're referring to. You don't need an app to access Google Workspace, you can just use your internet browser. On your phone, there's an app for email, calendar, Google Meet and more depending on what you're looking to do on your mobile.
What if I sign up for google workspace and it recommends a business plan for me but I am only one person. It’s not letting me click out of that option.

after adding MX records how much time does it take to work? because while activating gmail, still it shows MX records are missing.

Hey mate, all done. Thank you, however when I send from my business email it comes up with my personal name in the customers inbox. How can I change that to the business name?

When you’re logged into your email, go to settings, see all settings, accounts, send email as, edit info and there you can change the name your customers will see.
It says $6 per user, so if I create 5 account I will pay $30.?? or in the trial 1 user can have 10 accounts ???

This may be a silly question but can you use the email you had set up via the google workspace for Microsoft Outlook (as I am used to Outlook that's all) or does it only work through gmail/ google workspace platform??
I prefer using Google's email platform so I've never set it up to work with Outlook, but it looks like you can. Here's a help article: support.google.com/a/users/answer/153871?hl=en&ref_topic=23503&sjid=12589585427869853432-NA
Cant set up as it says the domain is already owned however the domain is owned by me. So frustrating
Doesn't it just ask you to prove your ownership by adding a txt record?

You can do it through google and connect your Wix domain or follow the instructions from within your Wix dashboard.

I am looking for Google to host our email. We currently use Outlook 2019, and it is setup as POP3. I would like to continue to use POP3 and not have to use Google Workspace Sync (GWSMO). I don’t need to synchronize calendars or anything else from the local machine to Gmail. Calendars & contacts will only reside on the local machine within Outlook. I only want email to be downloaded to an existing profile on Outlook from Gmail.
My question pertains to the Less Secure Apps portion that will eventually be shut down in Autumn 2024 with the implementation of OAuth. Is this something that will affect me if I still want to use POP3 within Outlook? I read that I can still setup Outlook as a POP3 if I have 2-Step verification enabled and I use password generated with App Passwords instead of my regular password.

I don't like using Outlook and have always set up Google Workspace for my businesses.
We use Google Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Presentations and I feel like it's pretty easy to connect other apps to our account.
If everything works how you want now, why switch to Google Workspace?
Hi, I have 10 emails on mail provider, I need to migrate them to workspace, but I don't want to migrate them all at the same time. In the domain provider I am going to insert the new workspace mx records, but first do I have to insert all 10 users on the workspace? If I register only 3 users on workspace and leave the other 7 users on the old mail provider, also leaving the mx records of the old mail provider on the domain provider, will these 7 users continue to receive mail peacefully? Sorry for the stupid question. ..I received different answers
I don't believe you can have 2 email providers using the same domain. I think you'll have to choose one or the other.

Hello,, im also making new account Google workspace,, but i have some trouble,, i cant send or receive any email, in fact that my storage still 28gb left.. i tried to send email from my other email, and the replied was "The user's storage is full, cant send the email".. What i suppose to do? pls help
Were you able to send and receive emails previously? It's strange that you would get this error for a new account. If you go to admin.google.com, you could talk to a customer service rep.
Was your storage full recently? Maybe it takes a little while to update? If your Google Drive storage is full, it might be that you deleted something but it is in the waste basket and hasn't totally been deleted.
Other than that, not sure what would cause this error...
