[TAS] SM Map Rando - October Speedrun in

This is a low-optimization TAS of the October speedrun challenge. If you would like to participate or watch other runners perform this RTA, you can find submissions in the Map Rando discord server in the community-seeds channel (this will be made more accessible later).
This uses the RCF route, but skips the reserve to do bootless baby skip.
