Last few weeks ive being going back and forth studying bas ruttens left hook amd roy jones jr left hook.
I have to fix my hook urgently i been whippin em like ryan garcia does and it looks fast and sounds loud but its taking a toll on my shoulder and i could def be hitting harder thru proper form like roy jones jr, and i can make up for it being a bit slower at first by implementing these same setup concepts bas gives us here and in many more videos he preaches this.
Ill keep yall updated on my progress, ive decided i may still use the ryan garcia style improper whipping hook if i actually need it but im done training it, gonna focus proper hook form untill i get it right
Not a ryan garcia fan btw hes just the best example i can think of for this style of whipping hook

bas know what his talking about he did this back in his fights and i see Canelo Alvarez doing this today to land the body punch
Jake paul did it to tyron woodley too so dont think only the best of the best can do it
Bas is knowledge
Everything ive learned from bas either works within one day or two of practice, or i realise i had already being doing it.
I love bas mindset of letting them choose how they will lose. Either you keep getting hit by this same combo over and over, or you try to adjust to block it, which only opens you abother place.
Bas is like that one tic tack toe outcome where no matter which way you block your enemy from scoring they already had another win set up. You cant win
