The reason a liver shot is so effective is because when u hit the liver, it messes with the autonomic nervous system which causes massive blood vessel dilation and the heart rate to slow which makes ur blood pressure drop like a rock.

If you’re left handed, your right side will be closer to your opponent whereas right handed, your left side is closer to your opponent. So it really wouldn’t make a large difference.

In street fights, 1v1 situation or ambush, my primary targets are the stomach and liver. But now, I try to avoid fighting because we don't always win, we lose also, they will also catch us defenseless by surprise. Avoid fighting but learn how to fight.

@@thomasbarager912 Absolutely and it can be lifesaving unfortunately I had to learn the hard way when I was younger I got beat so bad I had my rib broken in 4 different places and my jaw was shattered I had to end up eating through a straw. People always have to remember in a fight there is no real winner it’s either you seriously hurt somebody or somebody will seriously hurt you and it’s best to avoid a fight at any cost we should all forget our egos and think rationally during those situations.

If you get good with anatomy and land marks you can just knock on the bit of the liver thats exposed beyond the ribcage and do the same thing with a lot less force, though there still does need to be enough force

If you can get them to punch you with a right hand, block with your right hand and kick just below the ribs. What you want to do is be precise. Most people have 2 floating ribs.....that's what you want to go for.
