@MayoCarsDR thank you! So when I go to change the fluid in my 24' Camry at 50k, I drain and fill cold. Add back exactly what came out plus a half quart. Then I start my car and hook up my scan tool and run the gear selector through the gears until the temp is around 104° Fahrenheit then remove drain plug and let drain until it becomes a trickle then close everything back up, correct?

If the temperature is different, why?
hot ATF expands and will give you the wrong level.
this is temperature different between cool condition and hot condition it's normal
