Happy to see heavy being played a little as it’s my main weapon and I feel like it’s one I don’t see often in my ranked games. Not that heavy is an incredibly difficult weapon to use but it makes me want to watch some more games now that I know some pro teams are using it to see how exactly they play.
@@benyshubenbub7665 being good at undercover doesn't mean the weapon is good, players can put enough dedication to win with any weapon. undercover is still worst in the game because of low damage, weak shield and the worst kit in the game. anything can do well enough in solo queue
Picked up tenta and splat recently and had such a good time in solo queue but GOD I wish it was better :( guess if you pick non-viable weapons it makes patch notes more exciting at least

if they add a special mode like 5 minute turf war or something like splat zones but the zone changes location every certain amount of time passes when it's in control of a team and you spawn on different places but always near your team it would probably not be in many tournaments, but be very chaotic
I don't know why nobody was playing Sploosh. It's one of the best Turf War weapons because it's basically Sploosh 7 from Splatoon 2, but with a worse bomb.
The kits on the 'tanas are going to be interesting when they drop. I hope we get a Stamper kit with a different special (I think wave breaker would be pretty devious, though maybe that'd be too oppressive.), but I knoa I'd miss the stampers splat bombs, which are great for damage, pressure, and combos. Even if we get a new Stamper kit down the line, I think I'll likely still use the OG a lot even if I did pick up a new kit.
competitive turf war is awesome and somehing you don't see enough of imo. hopefully this moves top players to respect the mode as something more than just for casuals
@@SVD63Ninja This, it will never be a consistent comp mode because it's too volatile, the first half of the match is effectively meaningless as there's no permanent points for inking turf, so it really just ends up being the last minute or so where the match is actually decided
Tbh the splatoon 3 meta is great right now, I love that it’s not just shooters and people are trying out different weapons. Both splatanas, heavy, bamboozler, machine…it’s great! My only concern is all of the splashes, but they’re sure to get nerfed eventually….right? *right?*
