I also couldn’t stand taking my vitamins 🙊 but then I heard about this TIP and it changed everything for me. Instead of tilting your head back tilt it forward toward your chest and swallow, it makes it go down smoother idk how or why but a nurse taught me and I’ve never taken them with disgust again lol hope it helps! And thank you for always sharing amazing ways to stay happy and healthy spiritually, mentally, and physically 🙏🏽🤍

First time viewer here letting you know I made it to the end. I really appreciate how real you are & down to earth. I appreciate your honesty about your ideal morning routine & that it doesn’t always go the same way every time.
Finally, someone who makes a video like this but instead of morning "meditation" or yoga or something it's reading the word and spending time with God. Nothing against people who make videos about meditation or stuff like that its just that I rarely ever see videos like this but with devo time instead of other stuff in the morning. Especially knowing that a relationship with God is the most important thing anyone can do/have, it makes me happy to see. 🥰

Hi! i watch your vdo as i hv similar routine as you, I like it when see people give their time in a day to pratice and learning on their religion as im in to Buddha too, religion make me better person and happier
What do you use for blush? It looks like liquid? And also what do you use to set it? Ones I’ve tried don’t stay & the powders are either too heavy & the blush won’t show through, or doesn’t set & the blush just comes off or slides.
