    1. working out/yoga
    2. reading a few pages
    3. checking on family & friends
    4. eating vegetable and fruit
    5. positive self-talk
    6. keep my place tidy and organised
    7. speak my mind
    8. save money
    9. do night skin-care routine
    10. be confident

    My major goal is to drink more water too (I drink a glass of lemon water every morning and 8 glasses throughout the day) but I’ve never tried drinking hot water, definitely on my to do list now! Thanks for another informative video☺️💚

    2. Wake up before 6:00
    3. Study 4h a day
    4. Skin care day and night
    5. No phone for the first 30 min after I wake up
    6, workout 4x a week
    7. Journaling
    8. Sleep at least 7:30h a day
    9. Praying
    10. One healthy meal a day (being intentional about my meals)

    Ahhh yes...the "ten minute tidy" as I like to call it. I added this to my morning routine and it TRULY was life changing. My house is so organized and much much cleaner and therefore I have less stress!

    agreeing so much with the coconut water. a pharmacist once told me that coconut water is high in electrolytes and to drink that instead of Gatorade or other sugary sports drinks when I'm sick or after a shot

    The small habit which really big chage for a year , and I also try to move my body more often , out for evening walk and night with self reflection .

    January is like a type of trailer for the year for me so I start my year on February lololol
    My goals for February :
    Emotional healing
    Take self care more seriously
    Workout every day
    Meditation
    Pray more
    Go out more
    No screentime unless it's for school purposes
    Sleep better
    Be who I wanted to be
    Speak unless I'm spoken to
    That's all I guess...I hope y'all achieve whatchu wanna achieve♥️
