Another great video Lance! And thank you again for all your help / guidance helping the Mrs. and I find our beautiful home at the Beach! Will continue watching your videos bc I love the scenery in the background that comes with them 😁
@@MangoHomes very cool 😎 sounds 👌🏼 lol I didnt want you to think I was reaching out looking for ours hahaha. Certainly not the case. I legitimately like watching your vids!
Hi Jen! Was literally out there 2 hours ago 🤣👍 There's really not much in Longs besides the grocery store, some produce stands and farms, and a couple golf courses. For some people they prefer it that way! The housing is definitely making its way in there though. That shot of me in the video standing at the gas station and kind of going in a semicircle? That's it, that's downtown Longs! Folks that live there like the quiet and rural aspect of things, and when they want anything more than that grocery store and gas station Little River and North Myrtle Beach are all right there, 10-20 min away depending on what you're looking for. Wish I had more for you as far as the look of the place. Did that help?
Depends on where you're at. And that kind of goes for the rest of the beach as well but especially with the Waccamaw River nearby that's a valid concern. That's why I always double check the flood map...better safe than sorry 🙂👍!!
The entirety of Myrtle Beach is a mix of local South Carolinians and people from all over the country...you could easily walk through the grocery store and bump into Boston Irish, New York Italian, and Lowcountry Gullah before you even left the produce section. I'm not sure if I answered your question right, did that help?
And what's better than that is that because people come here from all over the country, and you've got a metropolitan population in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, etc we've got some honest to God killer food here: Italian, Polish, Korean, Caribbean...not to mention all the seafood that you would expect 🍴🤪🍴
What a nice little corner of the beach...love Longs!! : )

Had to take a detour to do one in Little River that I'm in the middle of filming right now, but y'all are next!

Have you done a vlog tour of Longs? Doesn't have to be amenities since there are few. But just the look of the place.

We like Longs a little concerned about flooding though.

How diverse is the Longs community?
